The service was excellent! Convenient to all amenities. Liked everything!

Lovely hotel in an idyllic location with old world charm with modern facilties.

Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Positioned right on the harbour and close to public transport. This B & B has single rooms! The main down side was no lift and had to climb quite a few stairs. A suggestion would be to use a top sheet as the duvet was too hot. Staff were friendly and always helpful.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay at. We only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy it more. Suitable more for couples but has a very english style to it and a lovely pool surrounded by gardens.

Lovely and very helpful staff. Room Was large, clean and very well appointed. Could not fault hotel - easy walk to ferry and to local bus station. Several dining options very close by.

10 out of 10 Lovely hotel and staff

Well presnted, well managed, excellent location. Good value

Beautiful breakfast

Just across the road from the harbour, few short blocks from the shopping street, this hotel is in an ideal position to really enjoy a lot of what St Helier has to offer. Comfortable room, great breakfast room and service, it was a great place to stay. Only thing missing was a room fridge, but not a major problem.

A perfect location to use as a base to explore Jersey. An easy walk from the ferry and right above the central bus station. Self contained apartment - well equiped to allow you to cook for yourself. Scones and croisants available for breakfast was a lovely touch. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

We were delighted with out stay - from the check-in to the Manager (Michelle) checking in to see if there was anything we additionally needed. From Benson and colleagues at the door through to the restaurant - one of out best stays ever. Great team and can recommend the Sunday Roast lunch as well - just perfect.

Great to to have use of sauna and steam room. Easy walk into town.

Pleasant hotel rooms, nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Great location, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Dining menu was lovely

Old fashioned entertainment at night with musicians in lounges, and shows like burlesque most nights. The aquatic centre was wonderful too. Truly a unique experience on an amazing island with the medieval history, WW 2 tunnels and occupation, and tidal experiences like moving a cafe to higher ground as the tide rose quickly.
