"Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und es fehlt an nichts für eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Sie wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat eine top Lage mit Blick auf den Schwarzwald. Besonders gefallen hat uns die mega bequeme Couch, die Badewanne und die großzügige Küche. Das Gastgeber-Paar war sehr freundlich und hat uns super Ausflugstipps mitgegeben. Gerne kommen wir wieder!"

"There was no fun in the room. There was no bottle of water. You couldn't call room service to change the sheets. They have to go downstairs and bring it upstairs and change it ourselves. I went downstairs at 12:00 a.m. because I had couldn't sleep to have a beer and I asked him to charge it to my room and they said they do not do that and I had to come back to the room and get my credit card. I don't want to go back because my husband was sleep and I don't want to disturb him but I found that odd that they cannot charge a beer in your room. Even though I was sitting in the lobby and I told them I'm hungry stuff did not care. They went back and forth to the fridge getting all the beverages they wanted in potato chips and Etc for themselves and giggling and laughing which was another low type of hospitality. I was the manager I would offer my guest a beer and a potato chips for example and I would ask them to pay within checkout. That is hospitality"
