The location allowed us to see an absolutely spectacular vista/view of St. Barts Grand and Petite Bays, each day was like looking at a postcard! The Villa was furnished very comfortably! Nice and modern, the soft goods were new and Villa was very clean! The infinite salt water pool was spectacular!..Landscaping + outside furnishing were elegant + comfortable. One thing needs to be remedied, there is standing water 1 to 3 inches in the basement, which seems very unlikely the homeowner knows about, because a person with this type of meticulous style would surely repair/resolve this issue. This resulted in a major infestation of mosquitoes INSIDE the home, so we were bitten extensively day and night until we had the manager obtain pest mosquito control spraying AND we had to keep ourselves sprayed with Deep Woods OFF insect repellent at ALL times, day and night. If we knew the standing water in the basement was remedied, we would definitely return to this property OFTEN!
