Beautiful Byzance Luxury villa

Located at the top of Colombier hill, the luxurious vacation rental Byzance is an outstanding property opening onto a spectacular view over the ocean and the green landscapes of St-Barthelemy. In an ancient Greek striking white decor coming with columns and hand-painted frescoes, the atmosphere is most peaceful and quiet.

This luxury property in Saint Barths is built on one level in front of the panoramic view, with large windows opening onto the terrace letting the mild air of St. Barths blow in. The living room is composed of a comfortable sofa and armchairs around a coffee table in the sleek and contemporary style of villa Byzance. The dining room welcomes guests around a beautiful glass table with comfortable chairs under a beautiful modern hanging light and a vaulted white ceiling. The kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped to cook delicious meals to be enjoyed facing the ocean and the bay of Petite Anse, the island of Bonhomme and the horizon.

Outside, there is a large sunny terrace with a beautiful swimming pool and a jacuzzi in front of a stunning ocean view. This is the very best place to enjoy the sumptuous sunrises and sunsets of St. Barths, as a marvellous glowing show. Sun loungers are setup for pleasant relaxing sessions in the quiet. There is also another small terrace very well furnished with sofas and a coffee table perfect for talking and relaxing in front of the unforgettable view in the trade winds gently blowing. The vegetal environment provides a fresh and lovely touch to the whole, with white flowers, cacti and rocky areas also bringing a mineral character.

The vacation villa Byzance is ideal for two couples travelling together. There are two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms located on either side of the living room for utmost privacy. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, a comfortable sitting area and an en-suite bathroom, one of which also features a sauna. You will be charmed by the sense of space and volume created in these night spaces, in perfect harmony with the quiet you’re looking for for your next vacation in Saint Barths.

Byzanced

Just as advertised and absolutely beautiful. The owner has everything detailed to perfection and well appointed. Secluded and elevated to have panoramic views of both sides of the island. A definite 5 star experience!
