This St. Augustine beach vacation rental unit has been completely renovated. The new owner has updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint and furnishings. Unit has a great location, just steps from the Las Palmas pool and the beach access. Unit has sleeping for 8 people with ground floor entry and 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs.

The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower and an enclosed lanai with two bunk beds. The guest bedroom has a queen bed & guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is an additional sleeping space downstairs featuring a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

Wonderful property. Great location to pool and beach. Condo was fully stocked with all necessities and more. Great complex. Love the guard shack and guards. I believe many people overlook the importance of having employees greet every vehicle that comes on property.
