Very nice house, just as described.
Walking distance to restaurants, brewery, and distillery and less than 10 minute drive to Historic Downtown St. Augustine.
Would definitely recommend!
This home is perfect- perfect location- perfectly clean- perfect communication! This home is situated in a quiet street & close to downtown St Augustine & beaches. The home is unique in that the owner has made welcome decorating additions. My husband had back surgery in December & in the little steps there were “indicators” to remind - VERY thoughtful. We will stay there again
Grabbed the family and took the short trip up to Saint Augustine from Tampa. Wanted to experience the night of lights again and spend some time eating and drinking and having fun around the holidays. This cute little house was perfect for us! Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms accommodated us well while the dining area and kitchen were perfect for the few meals that we prepared there. We did not get to utilize the fire pit as the weather was a bit rainy but it looks like it would have been a good time. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries, along with K cups for the Keurig coffee pot. Five stars for sure.
Great amenities for outside living - lots of beach chairs, towels, wagon, umbrella, games - etc. The house was very neat and clean - with 4 bedrooms which was perfect for our multigeneration vacation. Easy access to the downtown historic area - only a 15-20 min walk.
Our stay was just what we needed. Close to downtown and the beaches. Neat and clean home that is well taken care of. Could not be happier. Would definitely come back.
Super cute house. We loved the fire pit out front we used that both nights we were there so much fun. Close to down town st Augustine which was nice. We would absolutely rent this house again.

The property itself was cute. However, the location wasn't great. A little bit sketchy of an area, but turned out to be ok, minus the trains that went by often in the middle of the night. The main problem, no responses from the property manager about the hot tub not working. We specifically booked somewhere with fun stuff for the kiddos and we weren't even able to use the hot tub. It never turned on and when we reached out to get help with it we never got a response back. Kids were pretty disappointed as were we for the cost. The house was clean and cute. Just a side note for anyone who plays on the putting area- there are red "things" that fall from the trees above and my kids white shoes are stained from whatever those were.

The Cove
We rented the property for a long weekend but ended up not staying here for several reasons. We did not feel safe in the neighborhood due to the close proximity to a corner bar/other such establishment with people hanging out on the corner and in the street. The stairs to the second floor were very steep and we worried about our one year old grandson/other family members falling. While in the home we also heard an animal (sqirrel??)running over the office and living room ceiling.
We did find the home to be very clean but wish VRBO would display the home address prior to actually having to rent the property as we ended up losing our rental money.
