- There is no onsite parking available for this property with it being in the historic district. The property has a small driveway for short term parking to load and unload luggage's, but guests are expected to park at the Historic Parking Garage for overnight parking. This is a 4-minute walk from the property (two blocks).
- There are two retail businesses on the first floor of the property that also share the driveway.

What a wonderful location!! Will be planning to stay here again on our next stay in St. Augustine!!!Host was amazing and you are literally minutes from all the food and shops. Great little place downstairs to get espresso to get the day going.Only thing that was tricky about the property was parking but if you go to the Columbia Restaurant parking lot on the way in you can get with the parking attendant and pay 10 per day you are staying and they will give you a parking pass to display on your dash.
