Our house is only 1 mile to historic St Augustine, 1 mile to St Augustine Amphitheater & short drive to the beach! We are in a great location to explore both the beaches and historic St Augustine!! Walk or take a bike ride to the light house & the Alligator Farm! Many great restaurants within walking distance. Bikes, beach towels & beach toys are available for use.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Master bedroom has a king size bed and NEW king size bed in the second bedroom. Living room, there is a twin size day bed with trundle. Custom made curtains and shower curtains through out the house. Blackout curtains in bedrooms! Fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Nice size fenced in backyard for kids to play in! Pack n play and high chair are available.

The neighborhood is located on Anastasia Island. Great family friendly neighborhood. You may need a car to explore the island. Historic St augustine is only 1 mile away, a very inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride.

The house comes with 4 adult bikes, and one with a rear child seat. *** Please note, I cannot guarantee all bikes will be in working order at the time of your visit. If you need additional bikes, there is a place to rent bikes down the street. Thank you!

Well behaved dogs only, 35 lbs and under are allowed for a $75.00 pet fee per dog. 2 dogs max.

**For guest staying for long visits, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it would be an additional cleaning fee per cleaning. I do leave cleaning supplies and vacuum and mop for my long term guest.

My husband and I manage our vacation home together. No management company. We love and enjoy our vacation home and hope you will too!

**Due to my schedule certain dates during the year, require a higher minimum night stay and required check in day unless staying longer than minimum stay.

This place was exactly as advertised. Super clean and well appointed - it had everything we needed for a weekend getaway! Slightly off the beaten path - it was close to so many of the fun things to do in St. Augustine. Especially appreciated the suggestions left in a book - about great places to eat and things to do.

Had a great stay at the house during 4th of July week! We rode the bikes to the lighthouse, to downtown, and to Anastasia state park beach. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to everything to bike or a short drive. We worked on puzzles with the kids and also cooked a lot. Overall had a great time! Great place to watch the fireworks too! Only walked a few blocks. Thanks!

This house sits in a quiet neighborhood & has a lot of character. Home photos were accurate for all spaces, and was super clean & warm with lots of extra clean tools for cooking. The house is a mile from downtown St. Augustine, an easy walk over the Lion Bridge, and a 5 minute drive from the State Park with it's endless beach. The neighborhood is very quiet.

The house was clean and we felt very much at home. It was very comfortable and equip with anything you could possibly need. You can tell they care about their property and the property renters. We thank you for the experience. It contributed to an amazing time that we had in St Augustine.

The online listing is accurate and offers easy access to the city's places of interest. We found the interior of the house to be quite clean and it met the need of the four of us quite well although we found that the drinking glasses were dirty and covered with water spots. We found that it was the fault of the dishwasher which is in dire need of replacement. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very adequate. We would be more than happy to recommend this home to anyone! Thank you for allowing us to visit your beautiful city.
