Our property is located in St. Augustine Beach, Florida on Anastasia Island. We offer short or long term stays.

The property sleeps up to 8 people. On the upper level of the townhome, there are two bedrooms, and two full en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has one queen sized bed, an office workspace, a walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.
The secondary bedroom has one queen sized bed and a twin bunk bed, a spacious closet, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower level , there is a full kitchen, a roomy living room with a large sectional sleeper sofa, an attached dining area, a powder room, as well as a laundry closet and screened in lanai. The screened in lanai offers an additional dining space with rocking chairs and string lights for you to enjoy at night.

We have a variety of amenities at your disposal such as a heated pool, drive on or walk on beach access, beach supplies that are free for your to use, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, cocktail bar area, board games and reading materials, as well as extra linens, pillows, and blankets.

We are family friendly and pet friendly. We encourage you to bring your children or pets along with you. We offer items such as a pack n' play, baby gate, dog bowls, treats and more for your convenience. These items are free of charge and available per request.

Cozy house, great location

This house was perfect for our vacation group of 3 adults and a 15 month old. The house was cozy, comfortable and clean and is a very short walk to the beach. The pool is barely a 1 minute walk and was usually pretty quiet during our stay. There's plenty of good restaurants nearby and St Augustine is a 15 minute drive away. There was a delay in checking in but the issue was resolved quickly and the communication from the owners was great. Highly recommended, would stay here again!

Great time in St Augustine

Great Florida Getaway

Quiet stay!

Quick nice stay for a couple of days. In town for concert and football game. Very quiet and close to the beach. Owner was super pleasant to deal with and always prompt.

Great hideaway location

Perfect for visiting downtown without being in the center of it. We were walking distance to the beach which was beautiful. The condo had ample space and amenities. You just need a bag of clothes and they offered everything else.

St Aug Beach

Wonderful stay. Nicholas was fabulous to work with. He bailed us out at the last minute when another booking was cancelled due to tornado damage. We've stayed in this community before, peaceful and relaxing while close to the beach. These are older homes, but Nicholas and his wife have maintained the home nicely with newer upgrades.

Nick’s house was very clean and comfortable. Location was just a short walk to the beach. Nick was very quick to respond when needed. The house was very comfortable for the two of us and would comfortably fit 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. We enjoyed the patio very much. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a great place that is near the beach

The property was clean and renovated inside. The community was quiet and easy to find. It is central to anything in St. Augustine Beach and also close to downtown. The beach is a five-minute walk. The only downside was that the heated pools were not operational while we were there. Apparently, the pump had been damaged by a recent storm.

Tilbury USA trip

Accommodation was just what we needed with all amenities catered for. Tea, coffee etc was an added bonus that was not expected. St Augustine has a lot to offer and three days is no where near enough time. I strongly recommend the alligator farm. A bit pricey but worth it.

We have been using VRBO and it has been hit and miss. But this place OMG!!!!! The BEST!!! We are hoping to go back next year! They have made you feel at home. Lovely Place

This place was very cozy and a wonderful place for our honeymoon. The champagne they provided was even an extra bonus that we appreciated as well. It very close to the beach. So we really were happy about that? We had a little confusion on getting in the gate, but it was completely our error. We were able to reach the hostess quickly and get it figure out.

Perfection

We wanted a home to sleep 5, near the beach for our son’s 14th birthday. This home nailed it, very close to the beach, only a short residential walk. A gated, quiet community. Home was perfectly as pictured and was equipped with everything. We didn’t need anything that we couldn’t find. Communication was spot on, we have nothing negative to say and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Great space and awesome location!

This rental was better stocked with useful household items than any rental I’ve stayed in before. Well organized, great use of the space, and really thoughtful touches throughout. The location is awesome—quick and easy walk to the beach—even walked to the grocery store and a few places to eat. Very comfortable beds, towels and linens in great shape, and nice to have a large capacity washer. Easy drive to downtown St. Aug, so you still have access to everything down there, but can stay out of the bustle a bit. It was a great fit for my husband and I (and our dog) for a few weeks this winter!
