    The house was a close walk from the beach and to Publix for groceries. We especially liked the beach wagon & beach chairs & towels provided. The outside areas gave us nice spaces to spread out & relax. Was a good spot for our dog, as well, was nice to be able to take him to the beach. The hosts were very welcoming.

    Would have preferred earlier checkin and later checkout. Six hours to get unit ready for next client seems excessive.

    Pros:Very close to the beach, cool back porch area, and the beds were comfortable. Communication from the host was good, and check-in was easy.Cons:Cleanliness was an issue. The floors left our feet black starting day one. There was visible black mold/mildew in the downstairs bathroom, and during our short stay my daughter and I developed respiratory symptoms, which raised concerns about air quality. There is limited space upstairs, so relaxing in the evenings meant either staying downstairs near the affected area or sitting at a dining table. The kitchen was also lacking basic supplies and sufficient silverware.Overall:Great location and responsive host, but cleanliness, air quality concerns, limited layout, and missing kitchen essentials impacted our stay.
