Wonderful condo with ants

Condo- great Cleanliness-great Response from renter great Not great- roaches and ants were a problem, exterminator came with little effort for control. Seawinds are behind the 8 ball with bugs and infestation. Response from host was wonderful but out of there control with the condo association

Sea Winds 40

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was lovely. Loved the view on the top floor balcony and how close it was to the beach and to historic St Augustine. Sovereign was always helpful with any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to St Augustine Beach
