    Forget your worries in this spacious, serene, and comfortable property. This totally remodeled house was built in 1910 and is walking distance to literally everything in downtown St Augustine. The best part of the property is that it is walking distance to everything, but still far enough from downtown to enjoy a peaceful evening at home.

    This house is in the heart of downtown and is walking distance to all of the tourist attractions and best restaurants.

    Access to this space is through the front door of the house.

    This house is in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to everything, but not so close that you hear the music or people milling about.

    The best way to get around is to walk. There is parking at the house so there isn’t any need to worry about finding parking. Just keep it simple.

The house is gorgeous! I particularly enjoyed the front porch and that it was quick to walk from the house to anywhere in the historic area. The house was clean, with nice decorations. It was easy to communicate with the property managers.
