Brand new to our Coastal Rental program, this unit is oceanfront with incredible ocean views from the living room, private balcony, and master bedroom. This unit features: Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (sleeps 6 guests) Living Room and Master bedroom with ocean views Oceanfront balcony Fully stocked kitchen Master bedroom with a King bed, walk-in closet, and large en suite Master bathroom Guest room with King bed Guest room with 2 Twin beds Washer/dryer in unit Linens included WiFi in unit (Renters are not allowed to bring pets) Sand Dollar guests enjoy property amenities including: Covered parking available in the parking garage (2 vehicles allowed per unit; 1 in garage, other on parking deck) Elevator in building Oceanfront pool Tennis court Private beach boardwalk (Please no boats, trailers, personal grills, or smoking) The onsite rental office is located at Sand Dollar I (Bldg 1, farthest north of the 4 buildings at Sand Dollar).
