Worst host ever

We were unable to get in to the house and Jason never answered my messages, even ignored vrbo guest services, so we were left stranded on Memorial weekend. My husband is a veteran by the way. We were arriving 10pm , at night ,which I informed Jason that is why we reserved thursday night . He still hasn't responded except with feigned surprise the day after i was supposed to check out. Because he never responded to guest services I have to go through my bank to get a refund. The absolute worst host ever.

Father's Day St. Augustine 2025

Arrived at home and code to get in would not work. Finally got in after contacting the owner and was greeted by a large roach on the kitchen floor. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people for the weekend. The wi-fi code would not work, I contacted the owner who asked me to reboot router, but he did not know where the router was located, so I had to use my cell phone hotspot to watch television for the weekend. The owner stated that he would contact the cleaning crew to get us toilet paper. They never showed so we went out an bought our own paper towels and toilet paper. We also had to buy dish towels because there were none. There were 3 people staying in the home, but there were only 2 washcloths provided. The beds were extremely comfortable.
