One small trained dog allowed. Please keep leashed when walking and pick up after your dog, including on beach. Must use Seresto flea collar for stay.
Maximum A/C setting is 70 degrees during the summer. Please do not lower the A/C more than that to avoid the system from freezing.

Great house, location and host

Place was perfect for an extended stay. Short walk to beach, quiet neighborhood, close to great locally owned restaurants.House was comfortable, clean and set up with everything needed to feel like your own home. Very responsive host. Would definitely rent again

Beautiful home

This home was everything described and more. We had a beautiful bedroom with a very large closet. The mattress was so comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. The host was so easy to reach and extremely nice and helpful. The beach is incredible. At times, it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay.

EXCELLENT!

We absolutely loved the location! 2 minute walk to the beach…outstanding beach! Great restaurants near by. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. So much to see and do and appreciate! The house and the property and are lovely. The kitchen is ALL THAT! Our host couldn’t have been more accommodating! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Vacation

It was our family first time staying at Crescent Beach. We are so grateful for God to guide us to see this home available. It was everything + 5 Stars! Everything in the house is Beautiful ponto!. Amazing kitchen that we used every day for amazing meals. The beach is gorgeous not very busy or crowded with a calm family vibe. Totally peace and in love with Crescent Beach. Thank you!

Great long term beach rental in quiet, friendly neighborhood

Both the host and neighbors were all wonderfully friendly! Short 5 minute walk to private beach. This home is set up comfortably with everything you need for a short or long term trip. We stayed for about 3 months and it was our home away from home during a tough time. Great communication from the homeowner as well. Easy access to highway as well as many food options. Highly recommend Elkhouse Eatery and Paladar Cuban Eatery both within walking distance!
