VLP 77 -- Relax and enjoy your tropical getaway in this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom St. Augustine beach vacation rental unit. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to whip up the perfect meal during your stay. There is also a brand new Keurig + drip coffee maker combo in the kitchen. The tile dining room & living room have comfortable seating for up to 6 guests. The owner has also purchased a new leather sofa and loveseat for the comfort of the guests. The enclosed patio offers seating for 6 and a relaxing view of the natural wildlife.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The loft guest bedroom also has a king bed with a flat screen TV. For added convenience the owner has included a twin roll-away bed & a pack n' play in the master closet. There are 2 Simmons memory foam twin guest beds that can be moved easily for added sleeping accommodations.

Nice condo with good access to the beach, the pool and great local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Full Disclosure

The property was very nice and the townhouse was perfect except for a couple of things. The property owner never responded to my questions concerning how to access the property and 10am check out is pretty early. We received a whole list of what isn't acceptable. What wasn't disclosed was that the roof was being replaced during our stay. Friday afternoon hammering and it started back up 8am Saturday morning. The roofer's dumpster was situated right in our parking spot. I'm sure the owner and property management was well aware of this roofing project but failed to notify potential renters and this property shouldn't have been listed for renting.
