Take it soooo easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Large lake front 3400 sqft. 5 bedroom house on 30 secluded acres with not another house (or person) in sight.

The property was recently used for a Bass Pro Shops catalog photo shoot.

The interior is flooded with natural light and offers spectacular views of the lake and sunsets across it. The 7 acre private lake is 50' deep and well stocked (bring your poles, personal watercraft etc. I have two SUPs available). Wildlife abound and include deer, armadillos, herons, ducks, turkeys, various other water birds, hawks, turtles, possums and the occasional owl and otter.

We also have an extensive patio with pool, gazebo with fire pit (and plenty of firewood ), wrap-around porch, and a luxury kitchen fully stocked with spices, condiments, jellies, tea and coffee for your use.

The property is 7 minutes from downtown St Augustine/outlets by car/Uber/Lyft, 12 minutes to the beach.

You have full access to all 30 acres of the property!

Please note there is an indoor/outdoor cat resident on the property, so my home may not be a good choice for you if you have allergies.

Great stay

We stayed here for a joint bachelor and bachlorette party and the house was absolutely stunning. It was able to fit 12 of us comfortably, had all of the basic necessities as well as some awesome extras like a great pool that was still refreshing in the July heat, paddle boards to explore the private lake, and an abundance of towels for everyone in the pool and each bathroom. The host made himself available to us as needed. Highly recommend this property!

Private family home

Lovely secluded property. Spacious home on private lake with In ground swimming pool. Gourmet kitchen with an abundance of appliances and supplies. No need to bring spices, condiments or any utensils. Two outdoor grills with fuel provided. More than enough bath towels and beach towels for a large family. Clean updated bathrooms. We enjoyed outdoor eating on the back patio and just relaxing. Grandkids loved fishing and catching bass from the lake. Andre was readily available with any questions. The indoor/outdoor cat is very friendly and sweet. Downtown St. Augustine is a quick drive as is the Publix grocery store. Spent several days at the beach out on St Anastasia Island and on Vilano. A wonderful vacation for our family. Thank you Andre for sharing your lovely home.
