Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the home features two thoughtfully positioned bedrooms set away from the street for added quiet. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, creating a comfortable and private retreat at the end of the day. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, with a full bathroom located just off the hallway right next to the room. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage - including a closet and dresser - help you settle in with ease.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms provide glass showers, hot water, cleaning products, and essentials, making it simple to refresh between outings or prepare for an evening in town.

Living space & entertainment
The living area invites you to unwind with an HDTV with Roku and Wifi for streaming or catching up on work. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort year-round. A washer and dryer add everyday convenience, whether you’re visiting for a few nights or a longer stay.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a dedicated space where you can prepare meals during your stay, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, single oven, toaster, coffee maker, and a dining table for gathering together. The layout supports relaxed mornings and easy evenings in.

These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
