This was such a great place to stay! Very clean, The host was so sweet and friendly and had a bottle of wine and delicious cookies to welcome us! We had a wedding to attend and only needed to stay one night! It was perfect!

Tucked away gem

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the cottage being along the edge of the forest to watch the wildlife. Convenient for our family visit. Close to the beach. Cottage had all the comforts of home, especially grateful for the chocolate chip cookies waiting for us on arrival.

Beautiful place. Excellent host. Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The "cottage" was very nicely equipped; clean; private; and quiet. Although it was about 20 minutes outside of "Old St. Augustine" the drive was not that terrible. In fact staying out was a nice change from the traffic and crowds of the city. We would recommend this place.

Lovely, quiet, beautiful place!

This property is so quaint and beautiful. The Florida foliage was a beautiful backdrop out of the large windows. It was so clean and well-decorated to make you feel cozy and comfortable as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this property if you want a quiet, beautiful home away from home while in St. Augustine.

Get away from snow

Needed a place to stay for couple of nights on our way south from the snow. This place was so nice. Very clean and decorated so cute. The area was very peaceful but close to beaches and St. Augustine. And the cookies Jana left were delicious. Would definitely recommend especially for a couples getaway! Nice Quiet Getaway

Wonderful Memories Made in Idyllic Setting!

We felt right at home at Jana’s cottage the minute we walked in the door! Beautiful decor, amazing woodland views complete with a bottle of wine and plate of home baked cookies conveyed a warm welcome. Our second day there, our son and his wife who live nearby, joined us for a BBQ dinner and fire pit chat. I can’t wait to book with her again!

The cottage was exactly as advertised. In a very quiet neighborhood and relaxing. Jana, the host, was very nice and accommodating. The cookies she had baked were delicious. We saw all kinds of wildlife in the yard, even an armadillo one early morning. A very special place to stay.

Little cabin in the woods

The beautiful cabin was very quiet and well outfitted. We would love to stay again. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The main bed was very comfortable and the kids didn’t complain about the pull out bed. Highly recommend if you are looking for something quiet and out of the way. It is a little drive to the beach, restaurants, and Tesla charger, but not terrible at all.

Pine Breeze Cottage

This is a very nice place to stay. I didn’t want the busy condo or hotel experience you get from a work trip so this was perfect. Very private along with the location. It’s 10 min from the beach and you can pretty much do whatever around the area without traveling a great distance. It’s very clean and although I only met the owner once she was very nice and welcoming. I would recommend this to any couple for a getaway. And thank you for the wine and cookies.

Very nice place

We had a delightful stay at the, 'Pine Breeze Cottage'. It was a very clean and comfortable home, and a special mention goes to the bed which is exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I have ever experienced with rental units such as this. I think this is a nice touch and shows the time & care that is invested in maintaining the cottage. We had a great vacation, and I loved seeing the local wildlife in the neighborhood from Deer chillaxin in people's yards to Turkeys randomly creating road blocks. Our only, minor complaint, is that we were a little warm during the night, but honestly, comfortable temperature levels are very subjective, I think most people wouldn't have noticed plus there were plenty of fans available! I'd give the cottage 95/100 and would love to visit again one day soon :)

It was clean and Jana thought of just about everything we could possibly want including a platter of cookies.We don’t come to this area often but the cottage was so nice, we might come just to stay here and enjoy the peaceful quiet and comfort of the cottage.

Perfect cottage
