Waterfront escape with endless fun! Dive into relaxation at your private pool. Challenge your crew in the game room (pool table & Smart TV!). Bring your boat, dock right in back, and explore the scenic Mantanzas River. Beach days are a breeze via private walkway just down the street and across A1A. After an adventurous day on the water, unwind on the balcony and BBQ the fish you caught right off the back dock!
Neighborhood is easy to find, direct access from A1A. Driveway easily accommodates 4 vehicles.
No smoking inside the home.
At least one guest must be 25 years of age.
2 dogs max. Pet Fees apply: $150/first. $250 (total) for one additional dog.

The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk from the house, across A1A, and onto a private walkway. No stairs, just a sloping boardwalk, but you will be crossing a road.

Cute and clean!
The house was clean and well decorated. There were more than enough towels to go around which is a huge plus when you have people in and out of the pool all day. Communication was great! Easy check in and check out processes. We would stay here again!

Weekend get away!
Great, great, great! The house was super clean and cute! Has everything you need, beach supplies, plenty of beach towels. Nice area downstairs to play pool or ping pong. We didn’t because we just laid around by the pool. It was perfect! The host checks in and makes sure everything is good. Great communication! I definitely will book again!
I will say you walk up stairs to living area. Downstairs is the game table, tv, sofa and an easy access bathroom from pool. I’m putting this in here and it may be in the description. (Can’t remember) I don’t want people to leave a bad review if that’s not clear for people with small children or the elderly. It was absolutely perfect for

Great Home and Visit
The house was great! Perfectly decorated and well stocked. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of kitchen supplies and we were impressed with the quality and number of towels/washrags available!! We've stayed in homes where there was literally 1 towel and washrag per person. Craziness! The beds were extremely comfortable as well. We also really enjoyed the pool and grounds.
