We enjoyed exploring St. Augustine for the first time and staying in this conveniently-located rental. It is in walking distance to area attractions and yet far enough away from the main thoroughfare so the neighborhood was fairly quiet most of the time, even on St. Patrick’s Day! You do hear renters in the downstairs unit, although everyone followed the 10 pm curfew. The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable, the dining seating less so. The property management team was quick to address a concern. Check in and out were seamless. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our time in this lovely home! Every space was clean and inviting and our family of 4 had plenty of space to lounge and spend time together. The location of this property is PERFECT - short walks to everything in town. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we can’t wait to stay again. Danny was very welcoming and having a keyless entry made check in and check out easy.

This unit is in the absolute perfect location in the historic area. 5 minute walk to St George Street and 2 trolley stops. Easy walking to all the key areas. Convenient onsite parking.The unit itself is charming with a nicely equipped kitchen and sunlit eating area. The bedroom with the 2 beds is HUGE with plenty of extra space. The bedroom with the queen bed is much smaller with just a small closet. Bathroom is small, but updated. Beds are comfortable and the AC was definitely appreciated!Danny was super responsive and got back to me within an hour.My only word of caution is that this is the top unit and the sound travels a lot between floors. We were lucky to have good people below us.
