Wood plank porcelain tile downstairs, wood staircase treads and hardwood floor upstairs. All three baths have new custom cabinets, travertine countertops and new fixtures. 50" flat screen TV downstairs with additional flat screen TV's in both the master suite and guest bedroom. This unit will sleep 6 comfortably - king size bed in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and one queen sleeper in the living room. Dining room table seats 6 with 2 additional places at the bar if needed. Full size washer and dryer. Wifi and landline included.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is "tier 2" but it's hard to find any faults. The location (bldg 20) is good. We like the complex and have made a lot of friends which draws us back. The location is great, with nothing to the west or south and only unoccupied mansions to the north. We are concerned that with 1 month rentals, we may be precluded from renting in the future.
