  • Relax in this fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 story oceanfront home in St. Johns County. This beautiful oceanfront home has two separate living spaces. Each floor is totally independent of the other. The second floor offers a beautiful master bedroom with a king size bed, sleeper chair (for one), a sitting area and bathroom with shower and tub. Also located on the second floor is another bedroom with a queen size bed, updated bathroom, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The views from the second floor are breathtaking! The private deck has rocking chairs for you to rock your stress away as you enjoy the colorful sunset! The private first floor apartment offers one bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. The living area has a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The first floors has a private entry and separate access to the ocean. This home is perfect for families seeking privacy and separate living spaces. The home is tastefully decorated with modern conveniences such as flat screen televisions and wireless internet. The second floor sleeps 4-6 and the first floor sleeps 4. This home offers private parking for up to 4vehicles. The second floor is only accessible via the front enclosed staircase. Historical St. Augustine is only 3 miles away. Gas grill and outdoor shower are also offered. This beautiful home is perfect for your family getaway!
    (Windows are to remain closed.) Although accommodations permit more guests, WE LIMIT GUESTS TO 6 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN. If more than 6 guests, there is a $100.00. PER PERSON charge. THERE IS A PET FEE OF $175 PER ANIMAL. Only two automobiles allowed by ST. Johns County. Beach access to the left side of the house.

We were very unhappy with the stay. Sink backed up after owner told us it was fixed before our stay. Plumber had to come and fix it and the water main into the washer. The first laundry we attempted to do became an issue as the water dripped into our clothes and then there was an error. Owner complained to us that it cost her 2500.00 to fix it he plumbing issues. We also had no water one day for a couple of hours due to construction work down the road. The host asked us to go to the neighbors and ask if they had water as she was leaving for a doctors appointment. We declined. The house is dated as well. The location was beautiful. I would not recommend.

Great house/great location

My wife and I thoroughly loved this property. Fantastic beachfront and excellent view from the deck. Sadly, due to beach erosion we had to use another method to enter the beach area but honestly, it was no big deal as it is right beside this house. Will visit again!

My Favorite Place

We have been vacationing in the St Augustine area for 25 years, and this is my favorite place we’ve stayed so far. I love the charm of old Florida combined with the updated bathrooms and appliances. The covered deck is heavenly, and stepping out the door onto the sand was wonderful. Janet was very kind and easy to communicate with. We loved our week.

We have a family vacation every summer and selected St Augustine and this house for this year. The house had 2 separate apartments which were included in the one listing. The right apartment (1 bedroom/bath) was ground level and walked directly out to a patio and the beach. The left apartment was upstairs (2 bedroom/bath) and had a balcony. The same security code worked for both units, making it easy for us to go into each side without issue.The owners thought of everything when it comes to amenities. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware and pots-n-pans. The bathrooms had plenty of shampoos, conditioners and body washes. And the beach accessories were abundant as well. We brought chairs/beach towels/floats etc. None was needed as they had it all.The owner was very good with communication and answered the few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, if available.

The Bad & The Good

The Bad. First floor bathroom has two steps up to the toilet, wish they had been noted in property description. It was difficult to navigate. Had to rearrange our sleeping arrangements. Then there was bug infestation issue on the first floor.It was addressed by owner but still meant 40% of rental was unavailable to us during our stay. A minimal refund was offered only after being suggested. The Good - the ocean view

Janet was awesome! Fast responding and friendly! The house was wonderfully decorated and clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. It literally was like walking into your own house just needed to bring your clothes and food. We will definitely rent again!

Fantastic location!

The listing is completely accurate-steps to the beach, a few miles from the city and breathtaking views. We enjoyed close-by restaurants as well as a few of our favorites about 20-minutes or so from the house. Definitely would stay here again!

We love Vilano Beach, so this home was a great location. The weather turned on us and kept us from being able to enjoy the outside as much, but the home was comfortable enough to make it okay. A wire outside came down during a storm. Not knowing what it was for, we notified the host. Even though she was out of the country, she responded right away, contacted utility companies, and kept us informed. We were very happy with her responses. If you like being on the beach, I recommend staying here.

Perfect vacation home

We absolutely loved this house. It was clean, well stocked, and the location is amazing! The beach is clean and quiet and the kids (and adults) loved the waves! The house has a great deck and we spent every evening in the rocking chairs watching dolphins swim by. Overall the house and location were perfect, we will definitely be back!
