This newly remodeled ocean and beach view condo is situated in a small quiet family friendly ocean-front complex and features a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining room, and a balcony. This condo sleeps 7 people. Please note this is not a single floor condo -- there is a flight of stairs inside the unit (note there is an elevator down the hall from the condo and there are entry doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor). We have also added a new LG washer/dryer in our condo for your convenience. You have beautiful uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean, dunes covered in Dune Daisies and Sea Oats, waves rolling in and the beautiful salt water swimming pool, right up close. Watching the sunrise from the master bed or the balcony makes it a pleasure to get up early! The complex itself features amenities such as a large pool, pickleball court, basketball court, tennis courts, a wash off station right by the sand path to the beach- which is just a few steps away. St. Augustine Beach is the perfect place to watch fireworks this summer! Our condo is just steps to the beach, where you can watch the fireworks- avoiding the crowds, and trying to find parking (bring a blanket and some snacks for the perfect night)! The Island is filled with fun activities, shops, restaurants, and parks. Historic downtown St. Augustine is just minutes away and features such fascinating sites as the historic fort, art galleries, beautiful churches, the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse in the US, cobblestone streets, tons of live music, cute shops to browse thru, lots of wonderful restaurants and snack spots, and so very much more. Come and experience all this great location has to offer. You will love vacationing here at the beach!

Beautiful and comfy stay at the beach

From check in to check out this was a magnificent experience! Even though there was one hiccup upon arrival, I still rated our stay 5 stars because the host was phenomenal to work with! They were extremely quick to respond and rectify the situation. Our kids fell in love with the beach and pool—we fell in love with the historical downtown vibe that St. Augustine provided. This was a memorable stay for us and we will definitely return!

Great condo

Perfect location to walk to the pool and beach, and also right on the road to enter the beach with a vehicle. Provided all the supplies we needed to have a great stay. Highly recommend.

It was a great place to stay. The room was updated and was very clean. The only down side was there is not laundry in the unit you have to use the laundry room on the lower level. The beach was not crowded due to not many big buildings in that area which was very nice. You are close to grocery stores and shopping. And downtown is just a short drive away.

Lovely visit

This is a great space for couples or family visits. Ocean views and the sound of waves and super easy access to be on a beautiful beach. Well-equipped for beach and pool. Convenient location near things to do and places to eat. Easy to get into historic St. Augustine. Host is very responsive.

Great little Condo

We loved the location. Close to good restaurants and kayaking activities. The beach was amazing. Not overly crowded in this section of the beach and a perfect short walk. The property was very well stocked with towels, extra blankets, and kitchen items. Beds were comfortable and has amazing upgrades throughout. Only thing that would be helpful is a list of restaurants they would recommend as there are a lot around. Great spot and would stay again.

Awesome place and location!

Condo is newly remodeled- bright, beachy, cozy and had some nice amenities like k cups, lots of beach towels, cool beach chairs, pickleball racquets. So close to the beach was awesome! We walked on the beach and watched the sun set each day from the comfy captains chairs on the balcony. Pool and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Loved seeing the sunrise from bed. Owners were easy to contact and very friendly and responsive. We loved being so close to downtown St. Augustine. Love the condo and location, we will be back again. Thanks!

Can't wait to stay again!

We love St. Augustine and this rental was perfect. The location was very central to dining, grocery stores, and shopping and very family friendly. It was located only a short drive from downtown. The unit itself was very well maintained and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked with linens and towels. The master bed was very comfortable as well. The property was quiet and not over crowded at all. There were always plenty of chairs at the pool. The walk to the beach is short and convenient and very walkable. Parking was also easy and close to the unit. Even in peak summer, we never had an issue finding parking. The owner was very communicative and repsonded quickly to any messages. The only negative is the unit doesn't have a washer and dryer. There are laundry facilities located on site and not too far from the unit. I never had to wait for a washer or dryer and they were efficient machines. It would be helpful to have a laundry basket to aid in getting the laundry to and from. Again, this would absolutely not deter me from wanting to visit this property again. Everything was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to book again in the future!

Excellent!! Great place to stay especially with children. The condo was beautifully decorated. The host stayed in touch the whole trip. Check in is was a breeze. The condo has all of your necessities. Over all we loved it. If I could give it 10 stars definitely would. Plan to stay again next year.

I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful beachfront condo in St. Augustine! The ocean views from the balcony and bedroom were stunning, and the location—just steps from the pool and beach—was perfect. Best Vacation!

The unit is spectacular, pictures don't do it justice. Many items are provided; you'll want for nothing. The in unit washer/dryer is helpful. I still used the complex laundry for drying. Kara is prompt to reply to questions. We'll be back soon!

Perfect spot!

Had a great girls weekend at this beachy vibe condo right on the beach. Perfect location to get the feel and relaxation of a beach vacation, while also being a short drive to “town” and get to experience the history and beauty of St. Augustine. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

The condo was great for our family! The proximity to the beach was awesome, very convenient to just walk out onto the beach. We also enjoyed the view of the water and the pool from the balcony. I appreciated the gated parking lot as well. Thanks for having us!

Great stay

We had a great stay. The unit had everything one would need to have a beach vacation. The beds were super comfy, and the owner was very responsive with answers to my questions. Everyone at the complex were very friendly & nice. I would recommend this home away from home & will hopefully be back ourselves. My only con was not having a vacuum because no matter how much you rinse off at the outdoor shower there is always some sand that makes its way back. And the lock can be a bit tricky but once you push in the door with your knee it locks and unlocks easier. Other than that, this place was awesome & we felt very comfortable. Loved the ceiling fans to circulate the air!

Fabulous Location and Cobdo

THE BEST!! We couldn’t have made a better choice in our stay at Kara and Kevin’s condo. From check in to check out everything was amazing!! The condo is well equipped, clean and the hosts go above and beyond to make sure that guests feel at home. Location is convenient to everything. Winn-Dixie is an awesome store and was only minutes away! We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy coffee and the serenity of seeing the ocean and feeling the healing it brings to the soul.We will definitely stay again when we return to St. Augustine. We enjoyed all the local activities and made sure we went to the Fountain of youth!’ We left feeling at least a day or two younger!! You won’t be disappointed’! Treat yourself!! Great location! Fabulously decorated!

My Daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. Loved the fact that amenities were provided such as towels, kitchen supplies etc. Fabulous when you are flying in and traveling light. Communication with host was quick and detailed. Highly recommend! Enjoyed Tybee! 178 steps to the top of the light house, worth it! Beaches , amazing, local coffee shops are fabulous!

Lovely vacation!

Our experience was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The property and beach is beautiful and peaceful. The condo is comfortable, nicely renovated, and very well equipped. Nice beach chairs, kitchen is stocked, even a baby gate for the stairs. Our kids enjoyed the board games and pickle ball. Location is good. The drive to downtown and most attractions was close enough, about 10-15 mins. It would have been more convenient to have washer/dryer, but it’s available on the property so not a big deal. Overall really loved our stay and would stay here again.
