We came for a brief visit post marathon from Melbourne, FL. As residents of NJ it was great to have a break from this cold winter month. Sun, beach & pool time were what we needed. Thank you for the nice condo to enjoy the area and be tourists in St. Augustine. Very nice location & plenty to see.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1st trip to St Augustine. It was right beside the pier and had several great restaurants nearby. Very quiet area and just a short drive to downtown. The check in process and communication was great. Highly recommend!

This place is nicely done, bed is comfortable, very clean. it is a great location and easy to walk to the beach, the pier and restaurants. The farmer's market on Wednesday morning was cute. The only down side is you really don't have an ocean view due to the fence obscuring the view. For the convenience and the price, we would stay here again.

Very nice condo appropriately furnished. Location right on the beach with great restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. Town of St Augustine with it's many attractions just a few mile drive from condo. We stayed 2 weeks and only complaint was we had to buy our own toilet paper!

Condo looked way nicer in person than the photos. Check-In process is so cool with an electronic board. Condo was very clean and came with a lot of extra stuff (beach chairs, baby playpen, lots of kitchen utensils and supplies etc.) very happy with the whole process, price and location! Probably the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in! Great location! Walked to SaltLife, Rita’s, and Antonio’s for pizza! The proximity to the beach and pool were great. It is a walk to the beach was far but that’s because of how large and beautiful the beach is. I loved that the unit is on the bottom floor! We could walk out and play yard games and the kids just loved running around. The pool was clean and never packed. It was quiet and enjoyable. My son always had at least one other kid to play with. We will definitely be back!!

My wife and I enjoyed a very nice and relaxing stay at Todd's Pier Point South condo unit. The unit itself was very clean, with a nice kitchen and family/living room. Todd had a nice working Kiosk that provided up to date wifi and password information along with very good local restaurant suggestions! We really enjoyed St. Augustine and the location of Todd's condo, allowed us to easily head into St. Augustine and explore this fun historical city. Thanks Todd for everything & we would come back to your wonderful condo unit!
