One pool key will be provided to access the pool. If lost or not left at time of check out there will be a $50.00 charge
No Pets are allowed in our Condo, if it is found that a pet has been staying you will be asked to leave and a fee of $500.00 will be billed
No Vaping or smoking of any kind in the condo or on the porch There are detectors in every room if found you will be asked to leave and a $500.00 fee
