Walk to Nights of Lights- Lovely 2 Bedroom-1 Bath Excellent location.

Enjoy a cozy stay at this stylish 2bdr/1bth on Anastasia Island. A quick 15 minute walk over Lions Bridge and find yourself in Old Town St. Augustine! A short drive or bike ride takes you to the beautiful white sands of St. Augustine beach. Walk to many wonderful cafes, bars, shops, fine dining and many year round attractions. Enjoy the history and landmarks of this ancient city! Ideal for couples, girls weekends, families or Flagler College visitors, potential students and their parents!

THE SPACE

This condo has everything you need to make your trip a relaxing one. Recently renovated and updated, this spotless and stylish place is great for couples or families!
The kitchen is full furnished and loaded with all your cooking essentials. Including a blender, toaster, and some cooking spices and essentials. Coffee maker, coffee and tea are provided.
Relax on the back patio with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night. Or if you prefer to stay in for a movie night, both the living room and master bedroom have smart tv's and Sling!
We also have board games for some quality family time fun.
The king bed in Master and twins in second bedroom are all comfy memory foam. Both bedrooms have loads of closet space so you can unpack and feel right at home. We have beach towels and chairs for those beach days and if you're feeling adventurous and like having the wind in your hair there are bike rentals only a block away!
Coin operated laundry is on premises as well.

GUEST ACCESS

We have free parking in front of the property. One space is included but there is guest parking as well if you have visitors.
Other things to note
There is so much to do and see in St. Augustine and the surrounding areas!
Take it all in or slow down and smell the sea breeze and watch the boats sail by. Here you can do a little or a lot! Whatever suits your fancy! Visit the Lighthouse, Tour the Castillo de San Marco Monument or ride on a trolley through old town. Take a walking tour if you're a history buff or enjoy a round of mini golf with your kids!
The Alligator Farm is fun for all ages as you can see oodles of different species!
And of course the beach, for those who like to stay on the sand and look at the waves or plunge in with a surf lesson, take a walk on the beach or a bike ride!

Girls Getaway

Site seeing in St. Augustine's

This condo is centrally located to walk or drive to many of the historic sites. There is a great restaurant down the street within walking distance called the Conch, food is great and you can take a water tour boat from the marina. The condo area is quiet and family friendly! A great place to stay.

We chose to stay here because of the the great reviews and how close to all the attractions it was. It was super clean, the kitchen had everything you would need to cook, and you could walk to the restaurants near there. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the area was peaceful. We enjoyed a very peaceful but fun filled stay.

Great location for Anastasia Island

This rental was exactly as advertised and well-appointed for a short visit to the island and St. Augustine. We enjoyed the proximity to island activities and gorgeous beaches, as well as a wonderful walking distance across the bridge to the historic town. Property managers were very responsive and helpful.

The condo was amazing. It was very clean. They thought of everything from extra towels to body wash. The walk to downtown St Augustine was about 10 minutes away very easy. There were a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Can't wait to go back. Thank you so much.

St Augustine delight

This property is beautifully appointed and the pictures are 100% accurate. We were very comfortable and it was an easy drive over the bridge. Walking is definitely an option but the extreme heat was an issue. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful Home

Weekend girls trip in St Augustine for my mom’s birthday weekend! Home was beautiful! Very cozy and decorated really nice! Smelled good when you first step in. Location was also amazing. You can walk over the bridge and there you are. Owners were responsive. Definitely a 10/10

St Augustine get-away

Enjoyed our week long stay exploring St Augustine and TPC Sawgrass. This condo was very clean and quiet. It was away from the congestion of St Augustine but within a half mile of where all the action was. An ideal location! Furniture and bed were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion would be for more outlets to charge phones and iPads.
