Newly built 8 bedroom, 9.5 bath direct oceanfront home ready for rental! This is the only 8 bedroom oceanfront home with a pool AND elevator in all of Saint Augustine! 4 of the 8 bedrooms are direct oceanfront with sliders to ocean facing decks. Take in the sweeping views while sipping coffee and watching the sunrise over the ocean in the morning! Over 1300 square feet of outdoor living on decks and a large paver patio surrounding the pool!
We have built this luxurious coastal style 4500 square foot home for large groups of families and friends traveling together and we have thought of your every vacation need! Outside you will find plenty of parking, a spacious 14x30 pool with lots of seating and your own private boardwalk to the beach!
For convenience the house offers 8 bedrooms all with King beds and en suite bathrooms, most with double vanities. Comfortable mattresses, tiled showers, granite vanities and TV’s in each room make these suites ideal! The setup is perfect. There are two bedrooms on the first floor AND a living area with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa and a kitchenette. The second floor has five bedrooms, and the 8th bedroom is on the 3rd floor.
Traveling with kids? They will love the second living area on the first floor! Complete with two bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and large HDTV. This way they can have their own area to sleep up to 6 kids and hang out in their own space! Have little ones that need to sleep in the same room as their parents? One of our second floor bedrooms has a built in toddler bunk for 2 young ones!
There are two laundry areas, two grilling areas, multiple living and dining areas, multiple decks for outdoor lounging and al fresco dining and plenty of areas for privacy!
Take the elevator up to the third floor for an amazing oceanfront experience! The great room has plenty of space to spread out, dine inside or outside, serve meals with ease in our large chef’s kitchen with gas cooking, two dishwashers, double ovens and a large island! You will have all the dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, and even spices - everything you could possibly need to serve your friends and family! There is a gas grill just off the kitchen for the outdoor chef!
Ahh, the pool. The 14 x 30 foot pool, (heated October through April) is one of the largest in the area and has an enormous 30 foot long submerged bench for hot days. There is also a shallow tanning ledge for young ones. Surrounding the pool are multiple seating areas with tables and chairs, lounge chairs, cocktail bench, umbrellas, and a gas grill for cooking up your favorite meals. Tucked around the side of the house is a large enclosed, private outdoor shower. And a foosball table in the garage for rainy days!
This house is one of a kind and can sleep up to 22! You will be amazed by the design, luxury finishes and large comfortable spaces! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, set away from all the condos, you will find the beach in front of this neighborhood extra wide and uncrowded! Only 15 minutes to historic downtown and just minutes from island shopping, restaurants and activities!

Awesome stay!

We had an absolute wonderful stay here! The house is exactly as described, has incredible views of the beach, and is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It is the perfect place if you have a large group and is only about a 15 min drive from downtown St. Augustine. The host is quick to respond and can answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Most amazing VRBO we have ever stayed at!

St. Augustine was amazing. The property had everything you could possibly need. The pool was 85 degrees 24/7. The walk to the beach was convenient and close. You will not be disappointed if you book this property for a family getaway. The elevator was a definite plus for the 75 crowd and for transporting luggage! More than enough seating and table space for our group.

Family reunion

wonderful week with friends in a spectacular home

Myself and 5 friends stayed at this 8 bedroom beautiful home and had a fantastic time. The home is exactly as described and pictured on the VRBO site as well as being spotless upon our arrival. Kelly, our contact person, was very helpful and quick to respond to each and every question that we had. We really enjoyed the pool and being able to walk right down to the beach on our own boardwalk. The home was well stocked with bath towels, pool towels, pool items, beach chairs, all kitchen items, anything we needed was there. I plan on returning with my own family sometime in the future to enjoy this lovely home and I will be recommending to all.

Spectacular beach house

This is our family's third stay in this home--clearly, we love it!! Who wouldn't love a clean, spacious beach house with awesome amenities?! The extra pool/beach toys are a bonus! You will be hard pressed to find a comparable house with all king suites and a private walkway to the beach. The memories we are making in this house are priceless.

Beautiful home and Great location

The home is amazingly clean and well stocked!!! The location is perfect and it feels like your own private beach. You never have to worry about having plenty of space on the beach. We had room every day to set up multiple tents and a beach pickle ball court. The house is great for families with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

Amazing! Kelly and her crew are nothing less than Awesome!! Fast to respond to any concern you may have, large or tiny. The beds and baths were perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked (just bring groceries) everything is provided, outdoor areas; used from sunrise till well after sunset. Games, books, cable, gas grills, pool accessories. Time to relax and your clothes is all you need to bring. This location is perfect; restaurants, delivery, grocery stores and stuff to do for everyone. Fantastic - We will be back!

We had another fantastic family reunion at the property! From each bedroom having a fantastic view, the beachfront access, the pool, great kitchen, great location to shopping and restaurants,... this house has it all! Oh, and the communication from the moment we booked and during our stay was top notch. There are people who rent their properties, and then they are people like this who raise the bar so high it makes us never want to book anywhere else. Family Gathering

We had a gathering of 3 generations and 7 families. We had room for group meals and cooking. The kitchen was well stocked. The 2 dishwashers came in handy. The porch was a perfect spot for meals and relaxation. The pool was great for kids and adults. A short boardwalk to the beach made easier with the supplied beach wagon and chairs. So convenient. Each group had their own space. It was perfect!

Amazing!

This is our 2nd time at this house and each time has been stellar. Love it all. The pool was warm and a nice pit stop after playing in the chilly ocean in November! Everyone has their own king bed and attached bathroom--fabulous for our sanity. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware with two dishwashers--so helpful! We love it.

Pure Beauty and Bliss

We have stayed in many beautiful homes along the coast of Crescent and Cinnamon beach. BUT this house was by far our favorite!!! The layout of the house is so wonderful for large groups. The views were amazing and having 4 bedrooms with ocean views is hard to find! The street the home is on is quiet yet close to everything. You have balconies off the front and back of each level to catch sunrise or sunset! We hired a chef for the week and hardly left the home because we had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and garage with beach and pool toys.This home just has it all! We will definitely be back to visit again soon! The owner was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Thank you again!

Outstanding Rental, Highly Suggested for large families!

We rent 2-4 houses per year, and I have found over the years that there are two types of rentals: ones that are there to make someone money and ones where the focus of the owner is to ensure those staying have an outstanding experience. This rental is a location where the owners put thought into the experience.The home was very well managed and spotless. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets and blankets were clean and soft. The kitchen was well stocked: knives had an edge, utensils were plentiful and in good shape, and the stove and ovens were spotless and operational. Having two dishwashers was a fantastic perk. One note is that an older family member has very bad knees and difficulty walking upstairs. This home has an elevator, which allowed her to go to any floor and kept her from being limited in her movement throughout the house, and we were very thankful for this perk.The outside area was immaculate, the pool was well managed, warm for the little younglings, and the beach was great and easy to access. The beach equipment room was stocked better than any beach home we have ever stayed in, and we were incredibly thankful for that aspect of the rental.I highly suggest this location and we thank the owners for their thoughtfulness and efforts to make the stay a great experience.

Best Running Beach

When our other VRBO canceled, I had to scramble to get a new one. Although this is super large, it had all the amenities we desired. The views are phenomenal, the beach is pretty low key and most importantly, the sand is packed so you can run or walk miles and miles. This house is super cool. 5 of the bedrooms have outstanding views. The pool is so warm! This is definitely suited for a larger group than just us three, but we loved it anyway. I did not find any inconveniences. It’s a short ride to St. Augustine. The elevator was super fun. Well stocked with everything you need. You’ll definitely enjoy this mansion by the sea!

The BEST vacation ever!

This listing is the perfect spot for your next vacation. It comfortably slept 20 of us, ranging 2-72 years old to celebrate Grandma's birthday. The home is extremely clean, well located, just as described with a well stocked kitchen, nice grill (s), 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washer/dryers and enough beach towels to keep 10 kids happy and dry for 5 days :) We had professional photos taken on the serene beach and enjoyed the breathtaking sunrises. Close enough to have Costco delivered upon our check-in and minutes from Publix & Winn Dixie. The communication with Kelly was wonderful; excellent check-in instructions, a quick text to ensure everything was well with our stay and even going above and beyond for one guest who had forgotten a few items. Located within minutes to fabulous St. Augustine, there was enough to keep even our most active family members satisfied and relaxed. Thank you Kelly for the perfect setting for a wonderful celebration; we made memories to last forever. We are so grateful.

Birthday week celebration

Salt Life was the perfect house for us. The views of the ocean are outstanding!!! We had 17 adults from all over the country come together to celebrate a 65th birthday celebration. With each bedroom having a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom it was perfect for us. The house is beautiful, clean, well equipped and had lots of seating room. The gorgeous walk out to the beach was easy and we saw many turtles. The beach is not crowded and has plenty of room to spread out. The pool was clean and a welcome place to cool off after a busy day. St. Augustine was very close and gave us plenty to do. We took a sunset cruise one evening and it was delightful. Kelly had also recommended a chef for us and we used his services for the big birthday dinner… it was phenomenal! Kelly was easy to reach and always responded quickly. We highly recommend this house. What a wonderful week… if we get back that way we know where we will stay.
