As fellow residents of the home, we take pleasure in sharing our local knowledge, providing recommendations, and engaging in friendly conversations. However, we understand and respect that some guests may prefer a more private and secluded experience. In such cases, your privacy will be completely honored. If you prefer to enjoy your stay without much interaction, we will ensure that you have the space and privacy you desire. Great place to stay for a romantic getaway that’s close enough to walk to all the sites but far enough away to be quiet. Had a very nice outdoor porch area too
The house is beautiful in a beautiful area. I love that you can park there and it is walking distance from everything you want to see. The owners of the home are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting St. Augustine.
We were in town for a wedding at the Lightner Museum and the location was great. There's even a great French restaurant across the street as well as a brewery a block away. The rental was clean and quiet and very nice.
The property was perfect!! We can not say enough wonderful things about this property and the owners. Such a warm welcome and a charming little place just minutes from everything!!! The property was clean and equipped with all that we needed!! Can’t wait for another visit!
The property and staff were wonderful...location was just as described.....everything one would need is close by...nice neighborhood with a little local flavor....my only issue was...whatever was cooked for dinner in the family space downstairs, the aroma made it upstairs....just depends what was dinner
Cute room with a comfy bed (memory foam) Just what we needed for our short stay. Bonus was a very nice deck to hang out on. Owners live in the downstairs and were very nice/helpful. During the day it can be noisy at times because the tour trolley runs by the house. But the location so near to downtown is great. The French restaurant across the street, La Novelle, is charming and has wonderful food. We really enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
The bedroom, kitchen and porch were very clean. The bathroom was clean except for the significant mildew stain where the wall meets the tub. The towels were white while the bath clothes were faded pink and green -not appealing. The shower head is way too high to be of use, so you can hold the wand if you want to climb on the side of the tub yo retrieve it. You’ll need to do this because there’s little water pressure. Kitchenette is cute. I appreciate the coffee grounds but without cream (and no store nearby to purchase) , I would have been better accommodated in a hotel. Location was very good.
A beautiful little guest suite in a great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the luxury king suite. The hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. The suite had everything we needed for our four day stay. The kitchenette was more well equipped than expected. There was a toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle, and plenty of plates and bowls tucked in the cabinet as well as a small fridge and freezer for food storage. Morning coffee and afternoon snacks on the lovely deck was a definite highlight.
It’s a very walkable location. It was nice to be close to everything but in a neighborhood rather than a hotel/ tourist district. We enjoyed exploring on foot and only used our car to go to the grocery store and for a drive down the coast. Dog Rose brewery- a block away- had great beer and live music. And dinner at the French bistro across the street is a must. Save room for dessert!
The description was very accurate. The property is in the historic district and you are blocks from the major shops and restaurants. The house was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable and furnished with everything needed.
This apartment is perfect for a couple wanting to stay within walking distance of the historic district of St. Augustine. It's a quaint, clean place. Highly recommend!
