  • Professionally managed by Casago First Coast. One of the few true ground-floor units on Crescent Beach, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 6 and puts you steps from the pool with an ocean view from the living room and private patio, just seven steps from the sand off the pool deck. In-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to a community pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, and a BBQ area — all without a single stair to climb. Not pet-friendly.

    The Space

    This ground-floor condo sleeps 6, with the beach and pool right outside your door — seven steps from the sand off the pool deck. The living room's sliding glass doors open onto a private patio with an ocean view over the dune grass. This unit does not allow pets.

    Being ground floor means no stairs and no elevator wait between you and the pool, the beach, or your car. Fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, free WiFi, and cable TV are all included, along with an in-unit washer and dryer and a beach umbrella with two beach chairs for the sand.

Great family stay!

We stay at Sandpiper or Coquina next door every summer with our family and we have stayed in several units. We love the ground level units and that sandpiper units usually have a washer in unit, that’s a big plus! We always love our stay here. Great location and we always have a blast! This was a nice unit… well maintained and stocked… right by pool and AC worked great too!

Fantastic location… we have been coming to the Sandpiper for 34 years. The condo is in a great location but the family room furniture needs updating and the rug removed. Hard to sit on the sofa…. Too uncomfortable.

Great location, great condos!

This condo is amazing! Well equipped, right on the beach, you can hear the waves from every room! The location is perfect for walking the beach, golf is easily accessible, restaurants close by and hiking in a few parks. We loved our stay!

Great location--you couldn't get any closer to the beach. Family had a great vaca.

Very nice condo, with room for six. Great location in Crescent Beach and the beach was right outside the patio doors. Lyndsee (property mgmt contact) was helpful and responsive to all our needs/questions. This area was peaceful and quiet and our family had a wonderful time.

Spectacular ocean view. Steps from the beach.Close to some great resturants.

Great unit the beds were comfy, plenty of beach and bath towels. Newer appliances, great kitchen for cooking. The pool and the beautiful beach is just steps away. We will definitely be back as this condo will be our favorite vacation spot!

Needed a getaway week and this rental really worked. Loved watching the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio. Great access to the beach and pool. Quiet and clean.

Beautiful "Old Florida" style vacation

This was the perfect place for our family to experience Crescent Beach and St. Augustine for the first time. The Condo was laid out perfectly. The ground floor is nice and the proximity to the pool and the beach was very convenient. This place and the area definately had that "Old Florida" style to it.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our family vacations in Crescent Beach every year. #116 at the Crescent Sandpiper is the perfect location to see and hear the ocean. The unit is newly furnished and has everything you need, including beach toys. The washer dryer combo is an added bonus. Saint Augustine has a wonderful variety of restaurants, Osteens and J.T. Fish Camp being our favorites.

Lovely first floor condo with everything

This condo was great. The kitchen had everything you'd need and then some. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. Bathrooms have been recently renovated. We have two young children and will certainly be back next year. Both the pool and beach are great too!

Our First Visit To The Crescent Sandpiper

We just returned from our stay at Crescent Beach. I can honestly say, we have never stayed at a more conveniently located condo. It really is just steps away from the pool and beach. The unit was very clean and served our family of 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. If ever back in this area, will definitely stay here again. The owner/manager was a pleasure to deal with. P.S. highly recommend O'Steens and Creekside restaurants.

Super condo in Crescent Beach, Fl.

The condo had everything one would need...The location to the swimming pool and beach is the best...The view of the ocean from the condo is second to none. Marisa was excellent to work with concerning the rental of this unit. We will be back in the near future....
