Oceans 13 Condo C is thoughtfully furnished with all new furniture and decorated with a beachy nautical decor for you comfort and enjoyment. Beds are outfitted with crisp, white linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft, white towels and start up bath amenities. Beach towels are provided and laundry machines are conveniently located in the unit.

Nice, clean, efficient condo for your stay at the beach! Best shower heads and water pressure for a rental we have stayed in! Walk to the diner, Sunset Grill and the beach. Would stay here again!

We had a great time in St. Augustine. We loved the location we were 10 minutes from down town, and walking distance to a few restaurants, ice cream, donut shop, the beach and the pier. Couldn’t ask for a better location!

Awesome Trip!
My husband, baby, and I had such a great time here! It was SO close to the beach the location to town couldn’t have been better! We had plenty of provided supplies (towels, toilet paper, pots and pans, etc.) and didn’t run out of anything! Highly recommend!
Lovely little property, clean, excellent location steps away from the beach and about 15-20 minutes from historic downtown. Would definitely recommend!
We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for us. It had just the right amount of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was just a very short walk to the beach and lots of places to eat and shop in walking distances. We really enjoyed our stay! We would stay here again!
We were very pleased with this accommodation. It was very clean. The location was great, near restaurants and the beach. We were able to walk just about everywhere. When we had questions, the owner responded immediately. We felt very welcome.
The house was super clean and very close to the beach with was great! The rooms were cozy and the bathrooms were spacious. There were also a lot of cool restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The only downside was that we could hear the guests renting the adjoining apartment very clearly through the walls which was sometimes weird— but not weird enough to impact our stay too much. Overall great and relaxing place to be!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. The best part was that the condo is within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and easy access to the beach. Also a quick drive to historic St. Augustine. The condo was clean and nice decor. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Our main issues were with the livingroom set up of couches and TV which made it comfortable when watching TV and the kitchenette set stools were so high that you can’t put your legs underneath table. Management was very responsive with suppling us with new beach chairs and any questions we had.
Overall this property is a great deal. There are some kinks in this property that need to be addressed thats common with new construction. End up driving up to the assigned parking space with debris blocking us from parking. Inside the property was very clean with new everything. Washer and dryer was a big plus for us.

Property Clean ModernAccess V GoodParking GoodMajor problem is Road Noise. We could not sleep at night. There was also next door Guests which were fine but we could hear him snooring all night ! So Sound proofing is a major problem with location.We would not return to location because of this.We had to leave one day early from our booking.
Very clean and new. Great location within a short walk of the beach and several good restaurants. Tandem parking was useful. I would only highlight two small issues: (1) We couldn't figure out how to turn on the kitchen lights so we had to cook after dark by iPhone flashlight; (2) Bedroom walls are very thin - we could hear the next door neighbor snoring all night. Bring a sound machine!
Overally, I was very happy with the condo.
The condo was clean and all appliances, etc. were in good working order. The property manager was very responsive to texted questions. Overall the experience was very good, except we decided to leave early because of an approaching hurricane and, since we hadn't purchased trip insurance, had to eat the cost of the unused nights. While the location was generally excellent for going to the beach, restaurants, etc., the condo is right on A1A and traffic noise can be heard in the bedrooms. Fortunately we had a sound machine which drowned out almost all of that.
We were so excited to stay at this location as we have stayed at the ocean 13 villas next door in the past. This property blew us away. It was beautiful, clean, airy and had all the things a family needs for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable too. We love this location as it is close to everything. David was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had a question. The only issue we had was we were not prepared or warned about the beach restoration and closures. We purposely spend more and picked this location to be able to walk easily to the beach with our kids and this turned into a huge issue. As the days went on they closed more and more down the beach. We ended up having to drive to the beach instead of being able to just walk down the end of the road. This was a huge disappointment. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property…when the beach restoration is complete.
We enjoyed our time there very much. It is super clean and has everything you need. The beds are comfy and the whole house is beautifully decorated too. The size was perfect for our family of 6. Two main beds, a pull out sofa and long couch. It was nice that some beach items were available to use. Like boogie boards and towels etc.
However, the parking is quite inconvenient to where the unit is located. So, bringing your stuff inside on a hot day was not great. It's over, around a shop, and then up to the unit. The fridge did not work properly, but the owner was quite kind and willing to take care of it immediately.
We do wish the listing would have let us know about the beach being closed. There is a beach renourishment going on right now in St Augustine. So, once you walk to the beach(which isn't too far), you still have to walk (on the sand) another 150 yds to the right to get to the open beach. It was a long haul with kids.
Over all a great place. We would do it again, as long as that renourishment project is done. :)

Fantastic condo
Friends of mine have stayed at this condo before and referred me. We spent two days there and I would highly recommend it. It’s about a five minute walk to the beach, which is one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to. We rented chairs and an umbrella at the beach which saved us lugging around chairs, etc. It was well worth the money. It’s also within minutes of several very good restaurants, and a fantastic ice cream shop. The condo itself is very modern, spacious and bright. We liked to sit out on the balcony and people watch overlooking route A1A. We’re going to definitely stay there again and make it at least an annual trip.
