The only good at this hotel was our room. Though, the safe was on the floor and not accessible to use, no luggage racks nor enough room for our clothes and other belongings. Paid $18/day and hotel was under renovations, Noisy with construction employees having to share same elevator. The amenities that were to be included (dining, breakfast, bar, fitness Ctr) were not available. No accommodations or at least be compensated for the inconveniences. Bldg not in a safe area nor close enough to walk to nicer dining or attractions. The staff are rarely seen at the front desk and our door key cards didn’t work properly and had ti exchange them. Very inconvenient for patrons and especially for those coming from out of town.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so the whole lobby area was sectioned off and under construction as were other areas of the property. We were a bit surprised as we did not know this before booking. There was no lobby seating. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. The best part of the stay was the location, that it was walkable to the historic area.

Construction on every hall. Front desk man was rude. I was looking for a water and he got mad at me. Told me he could give me a warm water. No coffee in am, no breakfast, no blanket or pillows for the pull out sofa. Best part.. $20 parking fee. Yep, you pay extra if you have your car there at the Holiday Inn😂😂
