My 30th Birthday Retreat

My husband, cat, and I stayed here for my 30th birthday and it was such a comfortable, cozy stay! We absolutely loved seeing the peacocks in the property! And the fact that it was pet friendly was purrrrfect!! Would totally stay here again!

Great Location!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 20th anniversary! We were able to walk downtown and or Uber cheaply around town. The beach was also close and a few minutes drive! Exceptionally clean and cute! Perfect for 2! Really enjoyed our time there! Hope to return sometime!

Perfect location!

This property is within walking distance to pretty much everything one wants to see in St. Augustine, and within a 5 minute drive of everything else, including the beaches! Highly recommend this property for a short stay.

Amazing Cozy Cottage

This adorable home away from home is absolutely perfect for a get away. Fabulous location, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to everything! Beautiful location, loved walking Magnolia everyday with our furbaby. Saint Augustine is such a beautiful and historical city, this cozy cottage is a perfect place to stay to make a trip even more amazing.

Great little cottage apartment in a perfect location for old town St. Augustine.

Perfect location to discover all things old town St. Augustine. Just a block away from trolly tours but most everthing is walkable. The cottage apartment was delightfull with a fabulous bathroom (loved the shower) and bedroom. The kitchen was cute and functional with a fridge and hot plate. There were no onsite laundry facilities but the Lighthouse Laundry 2 miles away near the beaches was not a bad option! A definite recomend!!

Perfect location cute apartment

We stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding in St Augustine. In was in a very cute neighborhood just a few houses from the beautiful Magnolia street and close to Fountain of youth facility. Meganโ€™s place was very clean and stocked well. Easy check in and check out. We walked to and from historic area, fort and restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

Cute space in a great neighborhood!

This one bedroom was perfect for our 4 nights in St. Augustine. Nice location and we really could walk to many places that we wanted to go. The area was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was nice and clean and communication with the owner was a breeze. Nice and clear check out communication made check out easy and helpful for the next guests. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Peaceful and quiet

Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood close to old town. The fountain of youth is just around the corner and I feel younger already ๐Ÿ˜œ. The unit was immaculate and well equipped. Very good value.

Nice little house on quiet street. Very clean inside.

First time in St Augustine, a bit too touristy for us but we took advantage of the history, some restaurants WAY over priced for mediocre meals, Ripleys museum was big disappointment (donโ€™t go there), pirate museum impressive, definitely visit the fort, unfortunately it was too cold for the beaches- bad timing on our part.To the owners of our little house- outdoor lighting needed as we had to use cell phone lights to safely enter the back door, thank you for your hospitality.

Outstanding presentation & beautiful area

We had the best time staying here! The neighborhood is amazing, close to most things we wanted to do but still provided privacy and peace & quiet when we wanted to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom offered great lighting in the mornings. The kitchen was fully stocked of items needed for a short or long stay. There was plenty of room for another guest to stay if needed as a pullout couch was provided. Meghan gave great recommendations and was quick to reply to any questions we had. Iโ€™m 100% recommending this place to any friends or family visiting the area. Loved it! We will definitely be back!

A little piece of heaven

Perfect property in a perfect location! Around the corner from Magnolia Ave, cited as one of the top 10 most beautiful streets in America! Within walking distance of so many attractions including the Fountain of Youth. Meghan, your host, is very attentive, organized and accommodating! I highly recommend this jewel of a property!

St. Augustine Cottage

Close to Fountain of Youth, near, plenty of room for two with a pull out couch for child if needed, and close to everything. The public parking deck is five dollars down from 20 after 5:00. We drove to North Beach and ate at Caps and The Reef with fantastic views. Harryโ€™s is always good- ordered the red fish with crab and Ribeye with shrimp. Casa Maya fabulous and enjoyed Reuben Rolls late at the Irish place. The Greek Orthodox museum is free- a lot to do.
