Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom condo with fireplace. This is located in the newest condo on the beach. This is for more sophisticated tastes and is very upscale. Handicapped accessible. The building has an elevator as well as a handicapped ramp that goes out to the dune to allow everyone to be able to enjoy the ocean.

We had family from out of town. My girlfriend and I live 20 minutes north but wanted to give our out of town family a Florida vacation. Very beautiful and very nice arrangements.

This condo is beautiful. You are also in walking distance of a Publix and a few restaurants, as well as the pier. The owner is very helpful. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Other than some old coffee grounds that had been left on the coffee pot (dry and moldy, yuck), unknown medical pill found on the floor and the bugs in the kitchen, we had a very nice stay in this unit. A deep clean of the kitchen is needed. Local area restaurants were top notch! Perfect location!

Paradise

This was our third time staying at this property. It is perfectly located near the grocery store and restaurants, yet the beach is still uncrowded and quiet. The condo has all the comforts of home, and we LOVE the outdoor living area! It has become our home away from home. We can’t wait for next summer!

50th Anniversary Disappointment

With our expectations high, on our 50th wedding Anniversary, we weren't as much disappointed with the property as we were with the condition. Our immediate feelings were felt through the grout being very dirty in all the floor tile, and master bath shower. There was dust and dirt on the floor, as well as black dog hair from two renters before us. The vertical blinds wouldn't close in the dinning area and master bedroom. The handle broke on the master bathroom toilet on our first day, and the toilet was already broken before arrived. The shower head in the guest bath leaked. Then, much of the useable space available to us (closets, dressers, chests, and drawers) still had personal belongings from the owners. I did find the property manager to be very congenial, and responsive to our calls for help with the toilets. I had hoped to be able to go down to the beach, as I thought the walkway across the dunes was handicapped accessible on both ends, but it was not. I use a powered mobility chair, and while I could get across the narrow walkway, once to the end there was no place to leave my chair or would I be able to walk down the many steps. I barely had room to turn my chair around. Then, to matters worse, they had started a beach erosion program, for which a two mile long 30" pipe was placed along the beach; so if I had managed the walkway, I would never get over the pipe! Particularly bothersome was the attitude expressed by a permanent resident and his wife on our last day there. We were there for 10 days, and enjoyed the views and sounds of the ocean, but were not happy with the condo.

Pleasant Surprise

It's hard to decide on a place to stay by looking at pictures online, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that the reality of our accommodations was beyond our expectations. Our rental was decorated nicely, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, no carpet to worry about getting sand on, and a marvelous ocean view from the balcony. The two parking space allocation was a bit of a juggle since we have a lot of family that lives there, but the three bedrooms gave us enough space to have the grandchildren spend a few nights with us. I would definitely stay there again.

Location location

This is a lovely property. Laid out for privacy when needed, or gathering to watch the waves. The beach felt private - so convenient, so beautiful. The open kitchen and living area were perfect for family time. It’s a wonderful property for family with physical limitations - ramps, elevator, grab bars. Communication with the owner was very easy. Easy access to grocery and liquor store. It’s a wonderful destination.

Beautifully appointed, near bridge to St Augustine and Publix, this condo is spacious and light filled. Excellent quality appliances, washer and dryer, with the ocean at your doorstep. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Only drawback was the kitchen utensils were a big insufficient and random. Great communication with the host.

Perfection!

This was my family’s first Vrbo and it was absolutely perfect! The location is right on the beach. The house/condo was spacious and had every amenity you could want. A tv in every room and 2 types of coffee makers. Full kitchen and 2 large bathrooms. Washer and dryer was awesome for a longer stay. Communication with the owner/manager was also a great experience. 10/10 perfect rating and will get this place if we ever come back to Saint Augustine!

The location is perfect since it is away from busy St Augustine but close enough to visit. The view from the second floor condo is wonderful. A large parking area makes it easy to enter and exit the area.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and convenient to restaurants and Publix. The description mentions a queen bed and two double. The primary bedroom had a king bed instead of a queen which was a nice surprise. This should be updated in the description. We look forward to booking again.
