Located in historic St Augustine in a safe, well lit, diverse, quiet yet convenient neighborhood. Long term rental availaible. we are a great corporate alternative to cramped hotels and suites and we allow pets! All utilities are included and we have the highest speed wifi available. A great place to work from home yet convenient if you don't. A fully enclosed backyard and a two car private driveway. Lawn maintenance included. Recently renovated with all new appliances, flooring, painting and air conditioning. New roof. We have outdoor security cameras and motion lights with your safety in mind. We have a dedicated workspace and fully func6 coffee/wine bar. Charming yet easy access to everything. We are near trendy breweries, restaurants, St Augustine distillery, Flagler hospital, and uptown. The beach is 15 min away and World Golf is 20. Right off of I95.
