This five-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across three levels. The primary suite features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private porch access. Additional bedrooms include queen beds, a twin daybed with trundle, and a bunk room designed with multiple beds, making it a great fit for families or groups traveling together.

Living spaces
The top floor offers an open-concept layout where the living room, dining area, and kitchen come together for easy gathering. Large windows and access to the wraparound porch bring in natural light and ocean breezes. An elevator connects all three floors, adding convenience throughout your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a coffee maker, along with a dining table that provides ample space for shared meals.

Entertainment & amenities
Enjoy time together in the game room with ping pong or challenge friends to a match on the foosball table. The home also includes Wifi, HDTV, washer, dryer, air conditioning, heating, and a private entrance with self check-in.

Outdoor & beach access
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind on the covered patio. Beach essentials are available, and beach access is just one block away with convenient vehicle drive-on access.

Situated in Crescent Beach just south of St. Augustine, you are minutes from local dining and shopping, and a short drive to historic downtown attractions.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
