This was the perfect place to stay. Super close to everything. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. This was an upstairs apartment. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Only tip I have for future guests is the shower hot and cold waters are opposite. Otherwise this was perfect and we’d love to stay here again
Easy place to stay within walking distance of old town. The property was exactly as listed and the host was quick to react when we asked for some extra amenities.
Great place, clean quaint and close to everything in St Augustine
Clean and comfy, small but laid out in a comfortable fashion, the back porch was a gem and the location perfect. All the conveniences and nice local people. I would stay in this very place again if in St Augustine.
I've been to St. Augustine several times and loved this location. Great parking in the back of the unit and an easy walk to the main attractions of St. Augustine.
This property was in the perfect location for exploring Historic St. Augustine. You could be in the Downtown area in a 10 minute walk. The rental was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The host was awesome to work with.
Stayed with my sister and brother in law for a weekend. It was nice and cozy. Perfect location, you can walk to all the main shops. Owners were very friendly and great with communication
Me and my best friend booked this for a girls weekend and it was perfect ! Clean , cute and walking distance to everything !! Jared was very nice as well as Monique checking in to make sure everything was good ! Definitely if I’m in the area again I will stay here !! Thank you guys !!!
This was a lovely 2bedroom/1bath rental and perfect for a weekend getaway. Within walking distance to great St. Augustine sites and the owners were very responsive, helpful, and attentive. The sheets and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Quite a few stairs to walk up from the parking lot, but this allowed for lovely neighborhood views. Plenty of TVs and a lovely outside balcony to enjoy.
Just an overnight trip to see the Christmas lights and St. Augustine. Short stay but this place was nice, location was great , walked everywhere and hosts were very accommodating with the free parking which we appreciated. I would stay here again. Thank you.
The apt is part of an older historic district on a quiet street with sidewalks and local characters. It was in an older home suitably updated and tidy, nicely decorated. A good value for the price and 2 long blocks walk to the happening tourist center and good coffee. The owners were very nice and responsive to our questions and I liked the auto locking system. This is a smallish, comfty apt with full kitchen and seating outside for smokers (needs some shading from the very hot sun tho. ) All good, we enjoyed our stay there and loved St Augustine. Once the fan noise in the eastern BR is fixed, I would say it is a 5 star place for the money and perfect for a couple or young family. Thanks.
I enjoyed my stay at 91 Washington. I was alone so the spaciousness of the apartment was more than ample. The small kitchen was sufficient for when I did not desire to enjoy the nearby restaurants and eateries. Exits: driving or biking by Washington were Northward towards King St. and all that Old Augustine has to offer, or Southward for taking in Lincolnville and the park at the very extreme end of the peninsula or actually island (It's where they stable the carriage horses); a quick cut to the left at the end of the first block will take you to the tributary of Matanzas and that waterfront neighborhood. Walking provides an additional hidden exit toward the tributary through a gap in the gate towards the back of the parking lot. The bed I slept in was very comfortable, firm, but enough cushion to still be comfortable.
My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The host respi ds extremely quick if you have questions or need assistance. The property was super cozy for my family of 5. We had a really great experience and would highly recommend.
Loved the private balcony. Apt well stocked and maintained. Only 2 adults stayed and it was perfect for us. Would be tight for a family larger than one with 2 small kids. No play area for kids.
We found the apartment to be sufficient for a one night stay for four adults. The space is small as described, but the kitchen is very thoughtfully appointed with coffee, cream and sugar, a great selection of spices and other items for cooking. The owners were onsite and very welcoming.
