This unit has a King size bed in the bedroom and a 24" Queen Air Mattress . Condo is equipped with all pots, pans, stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, blender, toaster & coffee maker. Condo has 2 flat screen TV's with cable and wireless internet. Private beach access gate and heated pool. Grilling and picnic area. 1st floor unit with key-less entry including private patio.
Condo is 340sqft This is Perfect size to 2 adults
Dog Friendly with a $100 pet fee due at Check In. Only ONE (1) dog allowed. Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Pit bull, Doberman, Chow, German Shepherd.

Great location

We had a great room located at the walkway to the beach and pool. Room was clean and just a short drive to St Augustine and many of the golf courses in the area.

Great location

Condo was very clean with an amazing ocean view. Short drive to downtown St Augustine and a lot of excellent restaurants close by. Highly recommend, we will be staying there again.

The room was perfect for the two of us. The bed was comfy and the tv was huge in the bedroom. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The beach wasn’t crowded but had just enough people on it to have your own space. We plan on coming back.

Crescent Beach getaway

BeachersLodge is located directly on the beach. Great ocean views and amazing beach. Our unit was a good space for 2. Everything in our unit was minimalist, functional. We loved the location and exploring the rich history of the St Augustine area.

Quick Beach Trip

My daughter and I snuck away for a few days and had a great time! The condo was perfect for just the two of us and had to be the closest we have ever stayed to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this condo! Loved how close it was to the beach! The only little fix I would do is the tub in the bathroom slowly drains, but other than that wonderful time and no issues! Thank you!

Welcoming beach getaway

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within a few miles and gorgeous views of the sunrise

Compact, No Frills Beachfront Condo

Initial impression of condo unit was where is the rest of it? Turned out to be quite efficient and sufficient. Take a close look at square footage footprint if space matters. Definitely designed for only 2 people. Good value for the price point. Beach access, heated swimming pool, clean property and friendly staff added up to a good visit. For future visits I would not book a ground floor unit. Protected sand dunes block view of beach. To get the full benefit the property has to offer I would suggest the 2d, 3d or 4th floor units. We had a great time!

Nice cozy beachfront condo

This condo is cozy and very clean. It has all needed for comfortable stay. The view is excellent- right on the beach. The property owner is extremely responsive- in fact he may be the most responsive host We have had in many VRBO rentals. Close to town for dining and shopping.

First, the unit was exceptionally clean! The host was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was very close to the beach. It was an easy walk from the unit to the beach with a baby. We would return to the unit again.

Great location

Location is great. We only had problem with the tub, very slow flow, we had to clean all the hair from previous guest and then work fine. I pay for cleaning so I expect to be clean. Other than that everything else was ok.

Great stay

Smooth, easy, enjoyable stay. The property was described perfectly. The property manager was communicative, easy to get in touch with, and made sure that we had what we needed. The check in screen was handy. The best part of this place is the key-code access to the room. With that, you can leave everything behind and just go to the beach or pool without having to babysit your keys. The room is ideally located to the pool and beach. You are seriously right there. And it’s private and we had no noise disturbance at night. We used the pullout sofa for our daughter and it was huge and comfortable. All dishes and cooking equipment that we needed were provided, including a coffee pot with coffee, creamer and sugar. I have only good things to say about our stay and am taking away some excellent memories💕

Perfect for a beach getaway

We chose this condo as a beach loving couple traveling with our little terrier and it suited our needs perfectly! The unit is very strategically organized and set up for comfort and space ... you cannot beat the location directly off the beach via (secure /access code required) gate to beach stairs and the community pool is nice and big as well ... Todd was extremely welcoming and communicative, and checked in on us to make sure everything was OK and we were enjoying ourselves! There is a Circle K across the street and a number of restaurants within walking distance ... we enjoyed live music at the Oasis and the Hurricane Grill both very short drives just down the road that were dog friendly as well.... Def take a ride into Old Town St Augustine as well ... we arrived right when the "Nights of Lights" annual event began and it's simply beautiful with all the twinkle lights on the stores/restaurants/hotels in this historic area ... just 9 miles down the road. Really enjoyed staying here and recommend for beach lovers looking for a central "easy to get to everything " location as well!
