Panoramic views of both the beach & the Intracoastal abound from this stunning, custom, beachfront home. With an abundance of space, this ocean side paradise accommodates up to 16 guests. Located on the shoreline of Crescent beach in beautiful St. Augustine, everyone in your group will find something to love about this property. You have to start and end with the amazing views. To the front of the home, you have a panoramic view of the intracoastal waterway, interspersed with marshlands and exotic birds who nest and feed there. To the rear of the home, you sit right on the ocean's shore with miles of seashore in either direction. The beautiful Atlantic Ocean sparkles as the waves roll in bringing you treasures from the sea and beckoning you to come in for a swim! The morning sunrise is spectacular so set your watch ahead of time. You will not want to miss a second of this great orange ball of fire erupting from the sea. In the evening rejoice and celebrate your spectacular day at Crescent Lookout with the sunset. Raise your glass to toast another fabulous memory made. Mother Nature certainly deserves a round of applause here. You are located on a pristine, more quiet section of the beach, surrounded by fabulous homes, one more magnificent than the next. It makes for an interesting beach walk imagining who may live behind those amazing walls! Many times, you will find that you have the beach all to yourself. What a calming Zen space to be in! Let your mind be clear of all of the day to day chaos and fill your lungs with the salty sea air and your heart with joy as you relish in the sunlight with only the Seagulls and waves to interrupt you! The home is magnificently and luxuriously decorated with every amazing detail perfectly chosen. So comfortable and spacious. This is truly a treat to be here. Every day is another treat, another special memory to be created and laughter and frivolity abound as one great time rolls into another. Great restaurants are all over town and you should definitely try some for a variety of great flavors and talent, however, your kitchen here is wonderful and you cannot beat the ambiance so get some groceries and plan for a few nights in. Crescent Overlook may end up your favorite place to enjoy a meal!

1st floor - one bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom
2nd floor - main living area, a full bathroom, and one bedroom with a queen & a king bed
3rd floor - bedroom with two queen beds and another bedroom with a king bed share a full bathroom in the hall, the king master ensuite with a sofa bed is also on the 3rd floor

Pets are strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with a pet. Certified service animals are allowed free of charge, but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one.

Fireplace is not for guest use.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
