From the covered lanai, you can watch the changing colors of the water while listening to waves roll onto Crescent Beach. Living space
The open concept layout connects the living area and dining space, framed by large picture windows that showcase sweeping ocean views. Comfortable seating invites you to settle in with a book, watch TV, or gather with friends and family after a day at the beach. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and Wifi keep the space comfortable year-round, while a dedicated workspace provides a convenient spot to check emails or focus on remote tasks.

Sleeping arrangements
This condo sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms and four beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, balcony access, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, closet space, and a workspace. The third bedroom offers a twin daybed with a trundle and multiple desks, making it suitable for additional guests or work sessions. A second full bathroom provides additional space and convenience.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease during your stay. A dining table provides a comfortable place for shared meals, morning coffee, or planning the day’s activities.

Outdoor living
Step outside to the covered lanai to take in uninterrupted ocean views and the steady coastal breeze. The waterfront setting places you directly beside Crescent Beach, with a private beach access path leading from the property to the sand. Guests can also enjoy the shared pool and tennis courts within the community.

Convenience and amenities
A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with free parking on premises - 2 spaces. Elevator access makes reaching the condo easy, and self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs

Located in St. Augustine near the Intracoastal Waterway, the condo offers a balance of beachfront relaxation and easy access to the historic charm of downtown.
