Cozy, 2nd floor apartment

This was a great little spot to stay. We could have parked our car for the weekend and walked just about anywhere we needed or wanted to. Great location.Well kept.Would stay again.

Great beach house

Great location, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Cute beach house had all of the essentials including beach chairs, beach towels and plenty of parking. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean when we arrived and we appreciated all the little extras that were given. Like the beach chairs, extra beach towels. The balcony was very nice and quiet as well.

Everything was wonderful. Close to beach and restaurants. Apartment was so comfortable, and had everything needed for a cozy three days. We liked it so much, my husband and I booked it for our upcoming anniversary in October!

Very nice condo, very near the beach. Nice places to walk our dog in this neighborhood. Eateries within walking distance and shopping nearby. We had a great stay, and can't say enough great things about our host.

Great Property

back to the old neighborhood

my sister and I have stayed here 3 times now and really enjoyed it we grew up in this area when it was nothing but sand dunes so its always nice to visit. the unit is nice and clean and comfortable and the porch is so inviting watching the crazy squirrels scurry here and there,excellent location to the beach and the farmers markets and of course st augustine we'll be back thanks again

Loved my stay!

I was totally happy with my stay at this property! It was clean, spacious, airy and bright. I also loved the decor and the modern kitchen. The location can't be beat! It's a very short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice with friendly neighbors and lots and lots of dogs which made my pup happy!I can't say that I had any problems, but the owners were very responsive any time I reached out.

St Augustine get-away

This was a home away from home. The condo/apartment was very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the heat of the afternoon, and watching TV on the hugh television in the evening. The beach was a short walk away and local restaurants were plentiful. We visited the old town in St Augustine and climbed all the stairs in the lighthouse. It was a great place and we're likely to return.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This is a wonderful apartment in a duplex building. The location is quiet, shaded and residential. It is theee short blocks to the beach. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and equipped with all amenities required for an apartment stay. Linens are very clean and good quality. Loved my stay, especially had a great terrace for morning coffee and en breakfast. Very impressed with host thoughtfulness in making the guest feel at home to enjoy the place.

We enjoyed this stay so much we stayed a couple of extra days. The bedrooms, living, kitchen and dining are spacious and comfortable. The porch was nice to sit and drink our coffee in the morning. We do the Old Town Trolley ride in every city we visit that offers it and this cities trolley ride was just as fun and convenient. We also got a tour of castle Otttis and it was amazing! I’m not looking forward to home. 😊

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Coquina Gables. The apartment was as described in the listing. It had a great, beachy feel. The location was perfect for us, in a neighborhood, off the Main Street. A quick walk and you were able to have your toes in the sand! Plenty of great places to have a meal within walking distance as well. We loved exploring St. Augustine!

Quick walk to the beach

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the deck and relaxing in the family room. There are a couple of options to eat and have some drinks a short walk away or a quick to drive seafood restaurants within a few miles. The beach in the area is very nice as well. A short drive to the historic sites of St Augustine. Having a place to park was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful in all regards!

Clean and comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Quick reply to questions. Five minute walk to the beach. Nice covered balcony to hang out on and enjoy my morning coffee. Absolutely no complaints.

Really great rental

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It was spotless and well stocked with everything we could need: linens, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, beach needs, etc. The bed was comfortable, the living room and dining room furniture were great. A nice container of cold filtered water in the refrigerator along with a bottle of Prosecco were nice touches, as well as ice in the freezer. There was a great balcony for getting some sun. We would definitely stay here again.

schaffer saves the day

got in after dark on a very cold night and the combination wouldn't work for us got a hold of Kristi's place of business and schaffer was there within minutes Had a wonderful stay with family and being back in the neighborhood I grew up in The upstairs apartment was fun watching all the birds,squirrels and humans. the place was perfect and minutes from the beach. island donuts rocks. beds and towels were nice but the throw rugs defintely need to be replaced Thanks again for having us
