Cozy Guest Apartment in the ♥️ of Historic St Aug with Free Parking

Comfortable fully renovated 2 BR 1 BA private guest apartment located only a block away from the Historic Quarter of St Augustine! You will truly find yourself in the heart of it all while staying here. Everything from St. George Street to King Street and its shops, restaurants, the local distillery and winery are less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment, and the beaches less than a 15 minute convenient drive away. The best part of it all is that you will be able to enjoy St Augustine with convenience and come home to a comfortable and warm apartment to rest after your adventures. The apartment has been completely remodeled with your stay in mind. The brand new kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is stocked with the essentials you may need for a home cooked meal. Both of the bedrooms offer queen beds, one firm one plush for your choosing. The cozy living room offers a small dining and living area with seating for 4. There is a 55" smart TV in the living room, a stocked and remodeled full bath, free parking for two cars and multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy the Florida weather.

*Please note, the outdoor dining area may be shared with guests of the main house should stays overlap. Otherwise, there is plenty of privacy and separation as the private entrance to the apartment is located on the opposite far side of the property and the main house has a private seating area in the front yard, for which most often, the backyard patio is often used by guests staying in the apartment.

St Augustine is lovely with a perfectly located apt. I recommend Catch 27, River and fort for drinks and Cordova for eloquent dining.

Location!! Most St Augustine tourist attractions are within 5 blocks! Quiet spot with comfortable beds and two shaded parking spots.

This location was amazing! SO walkable to everything. Our car never left its parking spot. It was just off the main area, so it was quiet when we wanted it to be. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean, great communication and we loved the decor. We can't wait to book our next stay!

Cozy apartment, great location!

My husband and I spent a week in St. Augustine at Christmas and this apartment was ideal! Location was everything, free off-street parking and a short walk to historic Downtown St. Augustine! The apartment was welcoming, clean and had all the essentials. Check in and check out were easy, the host responded quickly when I had a question. If you're looking to explore St. Augustine, avoid traffic and parking trouble this comfy apartment is a 10/10!

Perfect location!

The above garage apartment was perfect for our weekend trip. The apartment is welcoming and cozy with 2 seperate bedrooms, great linens, beauiful updated bathroom (loved all the new tile work), lots of seating in the den, and a full working kitchen. Location Locaton Location !!! Just 1 block away from the main streets, but without all the noise. Would def book this property again. Note, the stairs up to the apartment are steep.

Excellent location to historic downtown

The apartment was spotless. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment was located just 2 blocks from all the shops and sites. Two queen beds. Very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Huge bonus was the free parking. The rooms are all small but had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Bathroom and kitchen are very nicely updated. Pictures are accurate. This apartment is on the 2nd floor. Auto lights came on at night for safe access. Host was quick to respond. Highly recommend.
