Cityside Sanctuary: Pool, Game Room, Steps to Town!

  • 7 bedrooms shared between 3 separate spaces, all on one beautiful property. The 'White House' has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The 'Pink House' has 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom and the 'Pink House Attic' has one full bedroom and one full bathroom. Enjoy the spacious back yard, resort style pool, large cabana, fire pit, and much more. Just a short walk from all that downtown St. Augustine has to offer.

    Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on it is typically set to 88 degrees. The cost to heat the pool is $40/day or $200 for the week. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to the set temperature. Also note, there is a spa area that is part of the pool and this is not a hot tub.

    There are 2 free-range chickens that live on the property. They are friendly and their names are daytime and nighttime.

This home was the perfect place for our 2 families to stay to celebrate the engagement of our son and their daughter. The home was clean and well equipped. The outdoor areas far exceeded our expectations. We were able to spread out and really enjoy being together in close/walking distance to downtown St Augustine. The host was very responsive and sent us a great list of recommended places to eat and things to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again and could not have been more pleased with our stay.
