Awesome property

Myself, my mom and my teenage daughter and her friend stayed here for their fall break. The place was so conveniently located. The hot tub was so nice to relax in at the end of our days exploring St. Augustine.

Great place and great location!

3 of us came to St Augustine for a girls weekend and chose Kevin’s house. We all LOVED it! 3 rooms, one with a bunk/trundle, so we all had our own space. We opted to rent the golf cart and let me tell you- it was the highlight of the trip! Having the ability to jump in and zip to all the places we wanted to go was so great. The hot tub was also nice at the end of the night. We can’t wait to come back!

Charming, clean and convenient

A really nice house with well-thought out amenities. Location A+. Very responsive host. My wife and I enjoyed our trip to St. Augustine and are very glad we chose this property to stay at. Even though there were only two of us, the house would be great for whole families as well. Will recommend to others!

Beautiful home in a great location!

This was a great place to stay in St. Augustine! Even prior to checking in, Kevin was sent us a guide with helpful information including suggestions for local restaurants and activities. Upon arrival, the home was clean and well stocked with anything we made need. We loved the outdoor space! We were able to walk downtown or take a quick Uber from the VRBO. We can’t wait to visit again!

Granddaughters Graduation trip

Took my granddaughter and her older sister here for her graduation trip. We had a great time this house was perfect in location, quiet neighborhood and even had a guardian chicken every night! Kevin was the best host we have ever had in all my travels! He was very responsive with all needs and talked about anything I had a question about. The beds were amazingly comfortable will definitely come and stay here again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

We loved this little cottage for our family thanksgiving trip. The home had everything we needed for cooking and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus. We loved having the ability to use the golf cart as needed and the owner commented very quickly. He went over and beyond for us when the ice maker wasn’t making ice he had a counter one delivered. The lot action of the home was even better it puts you right in the heart of downtown allowing for some great golf cart rides. We would stay again and have recommended this home to everyone we know.

Spotless, modern with many amenities...

The host Kevin was quick to respond to any & all of my questions. The home was in perfect condition. We appreciated all of the supplies, even a nice selection of tea! You need nothing but your toothbrush! The hot tub, bikes & golf cart were really nice bonuses. The location is perfect for seeing all of the wonderful sights of St. Augustine!

Great Stay

This little house is very nice, the layout is perfect for a family or small group of friends. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The back yard is a great place to hang out.The hot tub was very clean and nice. The golf cart is fun & top of the line, but a bit of a hassle having to move your car, open the gate, get it out, move back your car and the same when you get back. Since there was 3 of us & we had only 1 car, it worked out ok.I think next time I would only rent it for a day or 2 since we only used it twice.The neighborhood is really nice, I love Lincolnville and rent there every year.

Birthday family getaway for my wife.

Sometimes we get nervous about choosing a place through pictures. I must say that the house was exactly as photographed and even better you will not be disappointed with the backyard privacy and all of the things you can do like hot tub and firepit. Inside has a nice split bedroom set up that allowed us the grandparents to be on the opposite end from kids and grandchildren making for peaceful evenings.. definitely rent the optional golf cart. It was a fantastic asset and made traveling around downtown in traffic pleasurable..

Perfect

We have stayed at many properties using VRBO and this is our favorite . The home was clean , the rooms well spaced out and the backyard was a fun space to spend time . We used the hot tub and the gas fire pit . We did not use the grill although it was clean and ready for use . The host left a bottle of wine from the winery and Nespresso pods . There were games in the kitchen table drawers . There were plenty of spices if you wanted to cook . The Blue Hen was right around the corner . There were 2 bikes with locks and plenty of blankets and towels . Theres also a washer and dryer , plenty of beach towels and beach chairs . The walk into town isn't to bad , maybe 10 minutes . The yard is fully fenced and well lit at night . The beds were very comfy and bathrooms well equipped with soap , shampoo and conditioner . I would love to see some sort of table outside and I made a few suggestions to host already . Thank you for making our stay in St Augustine a relaxing experience .

Attention to detail

I stayed at Bungalow Retreat over Memorial Day weekend with my husband and 4 teenagers. I was so impressed with the house. Check- in was easy, communication prompt, check-out procedure easy. Most importantly, the property is really nicely done with lots of attention to detail. Comfortable beds with plenty of nice pillows, high quality sheets and plenty of nice towels. The hot tub was large and very well maintained. The back yard is adorable, especially at night with the hanging lights lit. Very shaded and a nice oasis to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen was SO well stocked - even spices, oils, salt and pepper, coffee pods, paper towels. The google assistant in the kitchen was great, as was the Netflix on the many TVs. The bikes were a great bonus, we biked downtown every day. The golf cart was a huge hit, taking it to dinner each night. We never moved our car from the driveway. Though... getting the golf cart out and turned around - bit of a challenge but we did it - 22 point turn.....The house is in a really cute neighborhood undergoing lots of renovation with lots of history around it. Not noisy though, very quaint and quiet. We felt completely safe the whole time. Enjoyed walking the dog around looking at the old houses and the renovations each morning and evening. Very easy 10min bike to the bridge of lions, could probably walk it in 15-20min though we never did. Easy walk / bike or golf cart ride to great restaurants. Well done!!!

This was our first time to St Aug. and were happy to arrive to a peaceful, clean, and inviting home. Everything was well appointed and in designated areas for ease of finding. Definitely one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in, we'll return the first chance we get to visit again.

We had an amazing long weekend at this beautiful house! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host provided a digital guide with recommendations and tons of information that was very helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor space was peaceful and private. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome.

We had a really comfortable stay here visiting our son at Flagler for Parents weekend. Awesome hot tub, very clean home with everything you would need in a vacation home. the property is really close to the middle of town. The bikes were all ready to go and the golf cart we didn't rent it but will next time for sure. Beds extremely comfortable and nice soft linens. The host was very quick at replying to my questions and was very accommodating.
