Perfectly located, charming 1920's vintage house.
Half a mile to St George Street and Castillo San Marcos.
One small dog allowed... 25 lbs max.
One time $50 pet fee
Very quiet neighborhood.
Enjoy your favorite drink on the front porch or private backyard.
We have security cameras outside around the house for your safety and security.


The property:
.Charming house built about 100+ years ago. Up/Down duplex with oversized private driveway. You can park up to 2 vehicles.
You will be staying in the first floor.
. Two spacious bedrooms, one queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin size beds in the other one.
. Wall mounted 50" smart flat TV in the living room.
. Fast WI-FI Internet Service (Fastest AT&T Fiber Optics - 1000 Mbps)
. Separate desk available if you plan to do some work during your stay with us.
. The fully functional kitchen comes with:
. refrigerator
. dishwasher

. four slot toaster

Great home and ideal location

We planned a short trip to St. Augustine and wanted a place near the historic part of town. This place was the perfect location. The house fit everything we needed and was clean. Roger was great with communication. We would definitely here again.

St. Augustine getaway

This apartment is a perfect choice for a trip to St. Augustine. Our group was two couples. We loved having two full bathrooms! The property is an easy walk to the colonial district and other sights. The owner, Roger, was extremely helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

Walkable to Fun

We really enjoyed the location as it is close to historic downtown. The home was very clean and warming..we will definitely stay again. The parking space was amazing and was cherry on the ice cream, as parking can be very challenging and expensive. The communication with the host was top notch. We loved our stay

Roger is such a gracious host. The space is wonderful and the proximity to all that St. Aug has to offer is great….we barely need to drive while we’re there. If you have a Flagler Student, this is perfect. We’ll stay again!

Great Time in St. Augustine

Great spot in St. Augustine. We were able to walk around and not have to worry about parking. The owner was very friendly and helpful. No issues were experienced while we visited.

Great home base for Saint Augustine !

Property is clean and exactly as described. Roger, the owner, is helpful and very pleasant. It has parking, which is a huge plus. Its a very short walk to all of the fun things to do in the city. You can't go wrong with this property.

Just like home

House was cozy, clean and centrally located. I would stay here again. The only thing I would add is a handrail along the three stone steps to porch. They even had Folgers coffee( our favorite) that we forgot to bring.

Enjoy the charm of this unit and like the closeness to the historic district.

Like the fact that our two cars are parked in the driveway a few steps from the front door. A hand rail for the few steps would be helpful.

Old world charm with modern conveniences

We truly enjoyed our stay at Roger’s place. He was a very accommodating host who made every effort to make our stay pleasant. The home was charming, clean and spacious. It had a very nice mix of antiques and modern conveniences, like completely remodeled kitchen and baths. It was just a short walk to downtown St. Augustine and the local attractions. I highly recommend this property!

Very Nice and comfortable

It is a great place if you want comfort and accessibility to St Augustine for a very reasonable price. My daughter owns a cleaning company and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness. Not huge but just the right size for us. Bonus having two bathrooms. I hope to rent again.

Charm and Location

The house was perfect for 3 adults. It had all the historic house charm with tasteful updates. We didn't spend too much time in the house except for sleeping and getting ready in the mornings but that is all we really needed it for. Within walking distance to everything (15 min was our farthest stretch to the bridge!) The house and street were well lit so we were not bothered walking back in the evening. Roger was readily available if needed and a great host ensuring we had everything we needed. The little extras like laundry, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, sugar, spices were a nice touch as well. The AC seemed to go on and off throughout the night but still comfortable to sleep. The tower fans were nice to have. Towels were plush and bedding was comfortable.
