Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Delightful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and found the rental to be perfect for our needs. We loved the location, which was quiet but an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a delightful trip and stay!

Loved the apartment, close to everything we wanted to do

Had a little difficulty getting key to enter, the letters are very difficult to see. The alert ent was exactly like the photos, very comfortable. Close to downtown and fort.

Feel at Home in St Augustine

Such a comfortable apartment in a super convenient location! This home is just what you would hope for when looking for a place to stay in St. Augustine. Kirsten supplied everything you could possible need and even went out of her way to bring us extra blankets for the unexpected very cold weather. We highly recommend Kirsten's place if you are looking to feel at home in St Augustine.

Quick Weekend getaway

Got to the location late but it was well lighted and the instructions were great! We were used to the walk to downtown and it was great it only was about 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk! It’s definitely on the list for us to stay at next time!

Great Time

The room was great and the location was perfect for walking to and from everything and not having to worry about parking. The only thing is I wish our particular unit had a balcony or front porch to sit out on in the evening. However, I would stay in this unit again. It was perfect.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect! We really enjoyed this little apartment. The parking space is a big plus. Especially since this property is with in walking distance of ALL the attractions we wanted to see. As others have said, the kitchen is small to actually cook in, but we toasted bagels and had coffee in the morning. One night a rotisserie chicken and another we heated leftover pizza! It was lovely and we would absolutely come again, as well as recommend to others. Location, Location, Location! Clean, Clean, Clean! Thank You, Kirsten!

Super Responsive Host + Excellent Location

Absolutely love the location of this Vrbo. So many restaurants within 10-15min walking distance and even 2 historic churches. It was a smooth check-in process with the instructions provided by the host. Internet was fast and I appreciate the private parking spot available on the premise. The home was clean and fully stocked with basic bath items, soap, shampoo, lotion. It was a nice small space, kitchen is a tight area so not ideal to be cooking meals there but if you're reheating something or baking something in the oven it will work out perfectly. The city is beautiful and much to explore here, this Vrbo is a convenient spot. Thank you!

Cozy Getaway

Cozy 1 bed/1 bathroom apartment with free, onsite parking. We were in St. Augustine for a wedding, and this venue provided the perfect place for a homebase while exploring the area. The host is very responsive to requests. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Saint Augustine to visit some friends and take a look around the historic district. The location was great, we were able to walk to the historical district and see the fort and other things around the town. The accommodation was very cute in appearance and well decorated. Everything was clean and in its place. We would definitely stay here again, and we commend the host for providing such a nice place for a great value!

Don’t think twice on this one!

We had a perfect stay for our 4-day trip to St Augustine. The rental is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to historic St Augustine, Flagler College, and the Lightner Museum. Plenty of restaurants to check out (tapas and sangria at Columbia Restaurant was our fave), and a nice new coffeehouse a few blocks away (Southern Grounds). The space was clean with comfortable furnishings and modern decor, and was the perfect size for the two of us, no complaints! Off-street parking was a bonus as we rented a car to explore outside of the historic area. We would definitely book here in the future.

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway!

My husband and I had a great stay in unit C4. It was clean and ready for our arrival. The space was perfect for two people. It's always nice to have a separate bedroom and living area. I easily made a quick breakfast in the kitchen. It was thoughtful to have coffee already there to use. Water pressure was great as well as lots of hot water. The unit was upstairs and although it appeared all the units might be full, the property was very quiet. The property grounds were lovely. It was a nice break to come back to after walking the historic district. Having a designated parking space in back of the property was a bonus. Location was wonderful. It was easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and the bay front. Communication was very good as well. I would highly recommend this property when visiting St. Augustine.
