  • This 3 bedroom/3bathroom home has a prime location, just minutes from the beaches, shopping, and the historical downtown St Augustine. Walk inside to find a bright open space filled with modern/coastal decor, comfortable furniture, and plenty of in home comforts. Relax on the sectional sofa and watch the mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, spacious counters, , and plenty of cabinet space. Cook and seat at a table for four inside or outside on the furnished patio’s table/chair set.
    The house offers a gas grill, spacious backyard with an enclosed yard for the kids to enjoy. After a long day of adventure come relax in the heated pool. The private washer and dryer is a bonus when vacationing and air conditioning for those long hot summer days. Fee WI-FI also included.
    All bedrooms also include comfortable beds, wall mounted tv’s and extra linen..
