Beautiful Fully Renovated Pool View Unit Just A Short Stroll To Beach Access!

This second floor unit has been fully renovated with beautiful finishes and touches throughout. The spacious living room has a large sectional, comfortable chairs and an large smart TV with cable. Additionally there is direct access to the oversize, private balcony with plenty of seating and a beverage cooler. The kitchen features beautiful and spacious stone countertops, all new stainless appliances and bar seating for four. The large primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV with cable, en-suite bath with walk in shower and direct access to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV with cable and shares a hall bath that has a shower/tub combo with the third bedroom. The kids will love the third bedroom with a pyramid bunk (twin on top and double on bottom) and an additional twin trundle, smart TV with cable, a small library of children’s books and a built in desk top for work or study. Other features include new vinyl plank flooring throughout, ceiling fans in each room, beautiful shiplap hallways, USB charging stations in bedrooms and a private laundry room right outside your front door with a full size stackable washer and dryer, beach chairs and more. The complex offers two large pools for all guests, an Oceanside Pool just a few steps from the sand and a lusciously landscaped Lagoon Island Pool. The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. A large gazebo, located between the beach and the ocean pool, offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs. Ocean Villas Condominium Community is ideally located within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants, and shopping. No Smoking. Dog friendly with a two dog max and 30lb per dog limit. $250 non refundable pet fee.

A wonderful stay

The Ocean Villas give a laid back atmosphere to your stay. The pool was quite busy but still allowed for privacy and chair access and beach access is a stroll passed second pool but if you need a cart they provide one. I liked having the washer dryer outside the unit door, and the amenities in the unit made our stay very comfortable. We will be back again!

Great place

First time to St. Augustine beach. Loved the area. Condo well equipped and beautiful. Pool very warm which was nice on a cold week. Beach is wonderful.

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot!

You could literally show up with just a bathing suit and a change of clothes and have a perfect beach vacation here. This place is not only comfortable and convenient, it has everything! The unit is very clean, nicely decorated, and fully furnished down to the beach toys. Beach access is super easy and it was lovely to have the pool to return to after a day in the surf. Grocery and restaurants are extremely close-by, as well as a variety of entertainment options. We attended a concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater, which was only a 10 min drive. Highly recommend.

Great vacation rental

This is a great unit. It accommodated two couples and two children easily. The pools are great and the beach is close. The only con is that the grill for the condos (a small park style charcoal grill) is far from the unit.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our first time taking our very young grandchildren on a beach vacation. (4 months and a 3 year old). The condo was absolutely perfect and accommodating. The finishes and decor are beautiful. The condo is very clean! The children’s room was so fun for our littles. The children loved the pool and the beach! We will definitely be back!!

This condo is extremely well-appointed. Fabulous kitchen, super clean, excellent location, beautiful beach. I could go on and on. I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and this is by far the best and I will definitely stay here again. Already planning our next trip here. Owners have impeccable taste.

Beautiful Condo

We had the most amazing experience at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family. My kids especially loved the “bunk bed room.” There were toys, books and games to keep them busy on the days the weather wasn’t agreeable. It was also nice to sit out on the patio and enjoy meals. The area was super quiet. We visit St Augustine every fall and this condo will be on the top of our list for our next stay!

Very Nice

Stayed as a family of 4. Very nicely furnished and comfortable. Definitely the nicest condo we've stayed in and we visit St. Augustine multiple times a year. There is no kitchen table FYI if you have little kids but I believe I saw a small card table in a closet. Kids loved the place. We'd stay here again. Heated pool was definitely heated and the condo complex staff are very nice.

Family get away

We rented this condo for a week long family getaway starting on NYE. The location was absolutely perfect we got to see fireworks on the beach and walk to many great restaurants . The condo itself was spotless and super organized (everything had a place). The decor was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The development the condo was in was easy to maneuver and had two lovely pool areas and beach access was a breeze. A few days we went in to town and the drive in was about 15 minutes and easy. We already are talking about renting next year. We have zero complaints

Wonderful condo!

I hesitate to write a glowing review because more renters will equal more traffic and therefore more wear and tear.....however this condo was WONDERFUL! Newly renovated with completely new & current decor and fixtures. The bedding, towels, sheets, blankets, furniture were fantastic. The pots/pans did show some wear, which is typical but we didn't cook much on this trip. Communication was perfect; check in & out was easy. Totally recommend, and we'd love to come back someday. :)

Most relaxing, comfortable stay!

The property was beautifully decorated and had every amenity and more than we have at home. Kitchen fully stocked with all new pots, pans, and appliances. Washer and dryer in a separate room right outside front door; perfect spot when coming off the beach! Our family stated other units on the property and our unit was by far the best. Our family of four had plenty of room and separate spaces to hang out. We hosted dinner one night for our extended family, and everyone had plenty of places to eat- counter top, dining room, and several places out on porch. This unit has no stairs inside and very near elevator can be used for ease of access onto second floor where unit is located Book now, You will not be disappointed!

beautiful unit

unit was completely remodeled everything was new the only problem was the mattress in the master bedroom sagged on the left side. my wife had a hard time sleeping. the mattress should be replaced. I had a hard time sleeping in it too but the unit was top notch. I would definitely come back if they got a new mattress in the master bedroom

Awesome place to stay near St. Augustine beach with a great pool view!

I am so happy to write this review because my family and friends all had such a lovely time staying at this beach rental in St. Augustine. The kids absolutely loved the room with the bunk beds! My husband and I also really loved the cleanliness of the entire condo. Last year we stayed at another condo in Santa Rosa Beach only to find mold growing on the curtains in th master bedroom, causing us to sneeze and not even want to spend time in the room. This was the complete opposite!!! Everything was clean and it was perfect for entertaining, cooking and eating leisurely on the balcony overlooking the pool. My parents rented in a near by condo in the same complex and they enjoyed our unit much more. We found ourselves hosting dinner most nights for everyone! The pools in the complex were also fantastic and the beach was amazing!!! Highly recommend this unit and would definitely want to stay here again sometime soon!!!

Lovely Renovated Condo

The condo was lovely. Check-in was simple and quick. The photos and description of this property are very accurate. It was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all you need for preparing meals. The rooms were spacious and the location was great. The couch was a little hard but it is big and so it would be great for larger groups. It was a short walk to the beach. The building is located behind another one but you can walk through easily to get to the beach where there is a short boardwalk. There are two pools on this property and this condo overlooks one of them. There is an elevator available very close to this unit so that was great when brining in suitcases and for my elderly mother. The balcony is large and has a table and siting area for meals outside. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this condo.

Always love our time in St. Augustine

We love staying in the Ocean Villas when staying in St. Augustine. I have been staying at this complex for over 20 years. This particular unit is a first for us though. It was beautifully updated! Couldn’t have asked for better esthetics. The unit was well stocked with bedding, towels and all kitchen needs. The only issue we ran into was a few big items malfunctioning. The AC unit was not running when we arrived, the dishwasher was broken for a few days, the front door lock batteries went out and out master bath light needed to be reordered due to a busted bulb. With all that being said I think it was just a round of bad luck. The manager was very responsive and helpful. My family and I would still stay there again!

Loved our stay and will be back!

Great area near restaurants, groceries, and cute mini golf, pools are fantastic, beach access was so easy and wonderful. The unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals; included beach chairs, umbrella, and some fun stuff for kids (boogie boards, sand toys). Loved the patio/pool view and how quiet and peaceful it was. Kids bedroom was darling and very loved by them. Included a great pack n play and baby mattress. 5 stars because it was awesome and we would absolutely return. My only 2 complaints that can be easily remedied were that the primary bedrooms bed was broken maybe so it slumped in on one side (I’m 125 lbs and husband is 180 lbs so not on the larger side to make the bed do that) making sleep very uncomfortable and we also stayed for over a week but only had enough trash bags and dish/laundry detergents for a few days. We definitely didn’t want to run out and spend a ton of $ on those things to fully restock when we only needed a few more. Host was responsive and amazing and brought us some more but I would recommend that there’s more supplies based on the length of the stay/amount of people staying.
