The condo was very clean. In a quiet neighborhood. Host was very good communicating as we had issue with air conditioner not working to start with. We didn't go to the beach so not sure how far to walk to access it. The queen bed in master bedroom wasn't very comfortable, but we are used to a king size. Overall our stay was nice.
