Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

This 4th floor balcony suite is a favorite among guests. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view while relaxing on the balcony in the sling back chairs or rocker. The queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze of the ceiling fan, the ocean view or the 32" Flat Screen TV. A cute high top table in the kitchen provides the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. The full kitchen includes a full stove with oven and beautiful granite countertops. The bathroom was completely remodeled with clean tiles and walk in shower. The private bedroom has the King sized Beautyrest pillowtop and drawer space. There is a 26" Flat Screen TV accompanied by a ceiling fan only adding to the comfort of the bedroom. The horizontal blinds in the bedroom window allow light in without sacrificing privacy. Enjoy condo #411 and you just might find that this is the perfect beach spot for you. NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took a quick getaway at Beacher's Lodge during a family vacation to Florida. Our condo was clean and very comfortable. Our view of the beach was beautiful and we spent a lot of time on our balcony. It was very quiet during the week and had easy access to the beach and pool. We visited several local restaurants and had a great time with wonderful food and drinks.

Wonderful place! Great Ocean View. Cozy remodeled condo.

Older property, but well maintained and managed. Friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous Ocean view, enjoyed cooking meals and walks on the beach. Visited Fort Matanzas, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Old Town. Ate lunch at O’Steen’s.

The property was clean and well maintained. The furnishing were nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The property is on the small size but plenty comfortable for my wife and myself. Having daily housekeeping was a plus. Our only issue was the hot water heater ran out of hot water pretty quickly.

The bed was too soft. T.V in bedroom didn't work. For as pricey as it is, it could have premium channels. Not all of us can spend all day at the beach.Housekeeping was rude. Upon checking out they occupied both elevators and we could not use them. We were waiting and the elevator door opened and the housekeeper said "oh sorry" and shut the doors and went down. I mean, she could have gotten out and let the guests take the elevator. We waiting about 15 minutes along with other couples trying to check out on the 4th floor. Having back issues, couldn't take the stairs.It really is a good location as far as access to the beach and the pool is nice.

We had a few issues, like AC unit did not work so we called and they had someone up in just a few minutes and fixed it with another unit! Now these days just cant find that quick response.Thank you! The cleaning staff were great as well, thank you!! Though the room was simple but clean and just what was needed for a restful relaxing time. We love Crescent beach because it is still one of the last places in florida not overdeveloped. You can still enjoy the beach and wildlife, love it. We will be back.

My only issue was the hot water heater is only 19 gallons, but we managed just fine. I would recommend it. The Bleachers Lodge staff is top shelf! Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the beachers' lodge for many years now and continue to carry on that tradition since it's the closest beach to home. It is right on the beach and has a pool so is convenient, and we invite multiple friends and family to join us each year. What is nice about it, compared to staying at a larger place, is that everyone has their own space (away from too many children or just too many people). Now that the children are getting older, we can even place them in their own room while the adults enjoy each other. It is convenient not only for the beach, but a few restaurants are within walking distance. It's nice to drive to the beach, park, and just stay in the area. The staff is friendly, and this last time particularly, the maintenance staff was friendly, funny, and helpful! I missed the lovely lady from NY this last time since she was off, but I have enjoyed interacting with her for many years now.

We have stayed here many times over the years. The only complaint my huband and I had is the miss use of handicap parking. Since my husband is handicap we notice this in places we go, but our stay was more than an eye opener. So many vehicle parked with no handicap tag or mirror hanger in destinated parking for the disable. While the parking lot down the hill had six handicap tags at one time. Such a shame.
